I watched 2 other videos that weren't at all helpful. After watching this one I was successful with changing the band and it was actually fairly easy. Thank you for the guidance.

I periodically try to swap my band like the one in this video for the silicone one that came with my watch and the silicone one NEVER locks. It's so frustrating. I can put the fabric band on no problem but it is starting to smell and I wanted to give it a good wash/let it dry off on my wrist.
