- Here is my last weekend of sanity before starting nursing school! I take you guess along as I cram to get my life together, spend time with friends, and tell you all about orientation at nursing school. It's crazy that I'm typing this after I have already survived my first week of school...I know it's going to be so much work, but also go by so quickly so I'm just trying to soak up every second. Nursing School tip for you (from someone who just graduated in nursing school!!!!): if your professors provide you with slides, def print them out before class and write down notes as they’re going over them in class. Also, I would recommend reading AFTER class/lectures. I found that reading before lectures of the stuff that would be discussed made me really confused about the material. Reading after allows you to already have an idea of the material and it’s more so of a more in depth explanation. Sorry if that was a lot lol!!!
I think something that I would want to tell my younger self is “your worth is not defined by the people around you and how they treat you.” 💜

Pediatric oncology and bone marrow transplant nurse here. I am so excited for you to start nursing school! It’s going to be challenging, but you will do so great! Remember, each lesson you are learning isn’t just to pass a test anymore, it’s to further your knowledge and be the best nurse you can be to your future patients. Best of luck!!

My advice would be: don't be ashamed of everything! It won't let you grow up as a person, as student and as an amazing dentist. Try not to be so introvert and don't let people stop you from the person you want to become. Love you Kiara!!!

I start nursing school next month im so excited but I also feel discouraged watching u do all this makes me feel so much better and hopeful I pray you succeed in nursing school and can't wait for more nursing content
while its not necessarily advice I tell myself, but I tell myself my role model in life is my future self, because she was able to overcome whatever hardships im going through and knows that ill be okay in the end.

It is so crazy because ive been following you for years and I was in the same situation a few months ago on not knowing what I was going to do with my life and I couldnt get a job anywhere and herd we are! Youre in nursing school and im working as a case manager/social worker in a hospital!! Im so proud of us :,)

My advice would be you can accomplish everything you put your heart and soul into.
I would tell my younger self that’s it’s okay to change! You are not meant to be the same person forever! With time comes wisdom and experiences that will change you and that’s completely okay. Love love loveee this video🙌🏾❤️
