Absolutely!!! I actually plan on staying here eventually, your room was gorgeous!!! I really wanna experience their three story spa because OMG lol. First we're gonna go to Grand Sierra Resort, maybe you should do that one next? Would love to see your thoughts and review. How much was your room per night?
@@TravelRuby Peppermill and GSR are the two nicest Casinos in Reno no contest. I personally am an advantage slot player and Peppermill removed all their advantage slots so I personally don't like gambling there. GSR has plenty of advantage slots and some old IGT slots that people still leave advantages on. So if you like advantage play slots, Peppermill is the worst. However, if you don't care about advantage slots then it's a great place to stay. On a side note, Ruby it would be fun to see you check out the lesser impressive properties like the Nugget or Atlantis or Circus Circus so you can show people the difference in price and quality. The videos where you review the low end properties in Vegas do pretty well so you could do the same thing with Reno and show what a low end Casino looks like. You could visit every Casino in Reno in 24 hours and show some of the hole in the wall local casinos too. You can make slot content along the way of course. Just some suggestions I love the Reno Content so far and want to see more!
Thanks for giving Reno some love! Peppermill is the top hotel and they've earned it. You didn't mention they have 9-6 Jacks or Better everywhere, and their slot payback is also among the highest anywhere. I also like that they offer pai gow tiles. For families, they have a huge arcade with great games, including a row of about 15+ pinball machines!
I'm glad you acknowledge comped trips may be interpreted differently. Really enjoy your reviews and appreciate you being transparent about things that come with success.
We stayed there a few weeks ago. We originally booked a Tuscany room, but after looking at pictures online, switched to the Peppermill Tower. It was newly remodeled. It was modern, beautiful, and very clean. The room was large and had a huge steam shower with multiple shower heads. Music played when we opened the door. It was very classy. We will go back. They give great comps, too!
The Peppermill Tower is also so much easier to access from the main floor. If I'm just staying by myself, I go with the Peppermill Tower all the way. My wife loves the Tuscan ones though, so when she comes that's where we go.
Sponsored/hosted hotel stays are still very informative and useful to those of us exploring options. Keep making the most of the opportunities if the opinions are yours and not scripted. Your videos are so well done and thoughtful, of course a hotel would welcome working with you.
I have a different opinion. When a hotel reaches out to you for a review they know you are coming. They put you in a room that they choose for you to make the best impression possible. You commented specifically how cleanly your room was. In your opinion what percentage chance do you think that your room was chosen specifically for how cleanly it was with no leaking faucets etc? @@brianhammond2832 as someone who has stayed at the Peppermill many many times, the cleanliness is no anomaly. The Peppermill is the BEST place in Reno, hands down and their are other fine places is that town, but Peppermill outshines them all. I was definitely NOT paid to say that either lol.

So happy you came to Reno and stayed at the Peppermill! It is definitely a locals favorite and has such a great history. My mom remembers back when it was just a small coffee shop, I remember when I was a kid and they did a huge multi million dollar renovation adding the Tuscany Tower, it’s amazing how far it’s come. Fun fact - Peppermill actually employs their own photographer to go travel around the world to capture the landscapes that they display on those screens in the casino.
Absolutely love the Peppermill. When we visited we stayed in the Tuscany suites and would very highly recommend this resort to anyone staying in Reno. I will be back again one day.
Yes, come back and review the other tower, please. I stay at Silver Legacy and El Dorado often because of my player card status but I'd take an outlier and try Peppermill for a change.
Looks like a fantastic hotel and casino. It’s got an aura that is cozy and inviting. You can actually feel the “warmth” of the place just watching this video. Great review. I would consider staying there. Bimini looks delicious, as well!
We stayed there in the summer in a old room in the back West Tower. wont do that ever again, with the view of the ghetto. Tuscany tower is the way to go, I have stayed there previously 5 years ago. Also must mention for anyone who might utilize Valet- they no longer Valet you must park your own car after check in. Heard they had too many incidents. The pool area was okay, we loved the kiddie pool. Also, poke your head into the Spa.. the most luxorious smell ! Everytime i walked by i stopped just to peek in and breathe it in
Go Ruby!!!!! I used to live in Virginia City…. My mom gambled so much at the Peppermill I swear she paid for one of the wings😂😂😂. Good luck! The slots pay pretty well❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
We stay at the Peppermill probably 4 or 5 times a year. They have a strong comp program and have stayed in both the suites and the regular tower and have been very pleased by both. We have eaten at all their restaurants and the Bimini Steak house is always at the top of the list. The Cafe Milano , a mid-century update restaurant, is must for breakfast. Very stylin’!
Hmmmm, far as the comp program goes,we been going there over seven years, they really have cut back at gold level still have resort fees and hardly any free play,we drop lots of cash over the course of the year. Also can’t use free play unless u are checked into a room.
Used to go to Reno alot when I lived in Roseville, ca!! My wife and I went there after we got married years ago! Loved the drive up to there and the buffets were great back then !! Stayed at the honeymoon suite at circus circus! Looks like the place you stayed at, the peppermill was nice!! Hope to go there again someday! Thanks for the reviews!!

So glad you came to the north to visit us. Peppermill is a BEAUTIFUL property… lots of fun 🤩 I love visiting Vegas, but Peppermill is just a short 25 minute drive from home and a well-run, beautiful property to enjoy up here in the north!
Peppermill is nice for sure. I think best place to stay in Reno however is the Grand Sierra. Has everything you need for adults and kiddos, never need to leave the resort. Downtown in The Row (Silver Legacy, El Dorado, Circus Circus) is fun if you're looking to party.
We stayed at the Atlantis in September, I want to go to Grand Sierra next...Atlantis wasn't that great other than the spa of course. GSR seems more fitting for me and my husband and there's much more to do there, so we're gonna stay there once we can afford it. :)
Grand Sierra recently announced several upgrades they'll be making over the next 10 years including an arena and fountains, so it will be even nicer in the future!

Love the P’Mill! We always stay in the Tuscany Tower! Remember, when you check in, get a player card, charge everything to your room, then go to the Slot Club before you leave to see what they can comp! Also, next time take time for the spa! It’s fabulous!
I've stayed there more than once. I preferred the older wing of the hotel. They renovated the rooms to match the newer part, and it's like a motel, you can park close to your room, and don't have to drag your bags the long walk from the main parking area, through the casino and lobby to the elevators. Then down a long hall. And the rates were lower too. I haven't stayed at the Atlantis across the street, but it's probably similar. Now that they ended the air races in Sept. I won't ever be back there.
I love your videos! No matter your opinions of the place there will always be someone who disagrees. You take us on a adventure and give us the facts! I can tell the food and drinks were good and the room is beautiful! The casino and bars looks rich but with tons of colors! It look like a fun place! Would definitely be a trip 😜👻🌈⃤🍄👽

Ruby, we stayed there back in July. I wish we were there for more than one night, but that one night convinced me that THAT is where we'll stay whenever we are in Reno! We did a Tuscan Tower room as well, and you will appreciate the tub next time you're there!
On a road trip in 2012, we spent the night in the Tuscany Tower, most beautiful room, very ornate. Always wanted to go back someday? The Tarocco (blood orange) bathroom products are unforgettable.
Please go back when invited😊 Reno's has alot of street fun in the summer.
Great to see you step into Reno for a bit! I would stay at the Pep!
So quiet! Looks nice! Great review!
Love the look of the rooms
