I found that staying in a Wall Mart parking lot is more pleasant and safer. Also less noise and Security cameras on you gives me .... a better rest.
You forgot exercise stuff. I have tricep curling bar and installed a pull up bar. I also try to keep everything at a minimum.

I’ve got a 32 inch tv I stream Hulu Netflix Disney+ Pluto tv UA-cam etc all on my iPhone for my basic monthly phone bill $65 a month I use a hdmi to lightning adapter
On my radio when driving I stream Audible for books and pandora for music all on my iPhone use a 3.5 aux to lightning for this everything goes thru my phone very simple have a microwave fridge hot plate and French Press for coffee I even carry an RV toilet I literally stay in my truck

Yep sounds like you definitely get it the better and more equipped your truck is then when situations arise where you get stuck somewhere it’s not as big a pain in the ass way to go and thanks for watching

How did you like May trucking? I am going to be graduating school and have my license already. Took my test early and they gave me a pre hire letter. Wasn’t sure what to think.
We all have to start somewhere and as starter companies go they are one of the best. Yes there’s a lot of things I didn’t like about May trucking but compared to most of the other starter companies there so much better. Just put in your 7 months to a year and move on.
Why aren't you on E-logs?
Because I have 1999 Detroit engine. Anyone running a ‘99 or older engine is e-log exempt

Why not the garmin 785, with dash cam built in?
Because although Garmin makes a great GPS they can’t make a dash cam to save their lives. I’ve had two standalone Garmin dash cams that both overheated and died on me within six months and I had the diesel 60 dash cam and GPS and the camera died within six months and burned up the entire unit.

As a trucker myself, keep it simple! Avoid the clutter by eliminating all the unnecessary items and gadgets guys! All I keep on my truck is clothes, some books, and my guitar. That’s it.
I have the 785 with dashcam and its garbage
All Garmin with a built in dash cam suck. It’s their dash cams. They burned up my dezlcam that I had. Plus two other Garmin dash cams burned up. They can’t seem to make a decent camera that doesn’t overheat
