This is a nice fill rig you have here. Awesome video showing real time fill rate for the tank. I'm gonna have to save up awhile as I bet your setup is pricey!
Hey Steve! Thanks for the view. I’ve got about $600 invested in the Tuxing & filters/traps. I started with a small single cylinder that made it about 12 months. The casing cracked on it. I replaced it with a vector, not the best compressor. That one lasted about 6 months. I’m gonna try to rebuild it. The twin cylinder is going on 11 months and so far it’s been great. Thanks for the comment & watching. Let me know if you have other questions. Be glad to help. Cheers!
Did you get the hose leak sorted.? I am considering txed11 or 12 for a second unit,. I have another twin similar but different brand, parts look identical. Concerned dealing with customer service.. I have rebuilt high side several times, so I know my way around these units. thanks for input.
No I have not replaced the pressure gauge or re-ringed the hose. As crazy as this sounds the leak stopped last time used the compressor. I know the leak will likely return but I was more eager to focus my time on the range versus wrenching on the gauge/line. Yep I was lazy.
Hi, You made this video around 2 years ago and i'm about to buy one because my vevor 's compressor broke down, is your compressor fine now did you have any issues ? Thanks in advance for your answear.
The line coming off the bleed block going to the air gauge has developed a small leak at the base of the gauge. Need to disassemble and see if there is a failed Oring. Otherwise no issues. March 2024 will be 2 yrs of filling 45 min SCBA bottles & guns.

Hi! Thanks for the video, man! Just I have two questions. Can I use this for scuba tanks? (12 liters with 200 bar pressure) and No problem with air quality? Have filters to clean it? Sorry for my bad english.
You will need the much better extra double filter plus another for breathing air. I have two bigger filters than what was used, took items apart to find a crusty white residue on rifles and connectors.
@@JoeFriday-h9n - similarly here. First singe lasted right at 1 year. The second was a copy made by Vevor. It lasted 6 months. Then I purchased the twin Tuxing. First year got heavy use. I was providing air for a range buddy. Seems to be a solid build.
It’s my 3rd high pressure air compressor. The first two were single cylinder models made by different companies. It is a lot better than the first two. I’d give it a big thumbs up 👍 at this point.
The tank is a 45 minutes carbon fiber SCBA tank rated to 4500 psi - I usually fill to 4350 and refill at about 2500 psi. It takes about 15-18 min to fill to 4350 depending on starting pressure.

Still going strong. Think I can recommend without concern. I purchased a 2 year extended warranty but have not had to use it.
Are you plugged into a standard 15 or 20 amp outlet? You have the 110V model? Any issues with circuit tripping?
Great Question! 15 amp... you do need a lightly loaded circuit... I have popped a breaker a time or two.
@@motorgearhead so ideally, a 20 amp circuit is the way to go.
@@petercecere8435 - a 20 would be the better option, but it will run off of a 15 as long as you don’t have much of anything else loading the circuit
Still working good? Any issues?

Yes, this compressor would work fine with a 12L tank at 3000 psi (200 bar). I've been very impressed with this compressor so far. Cheers!

Is it still working? Thanks
Yes it is…. Started using March of 2022 I think
Nice !! I have a few yong hengs the typical blue one , I was thinking about the double cylinder like yours , thanks for responding!

@@motorgearhead I have 3 yong hengs I have had to repair them to get just one to get to 4500 ! Thx for the video and help
How are you liking the compressor? I’m thinking of getting one

How much oil does it take to fill it?

How long for a 12L tank??
Sorry, don’t know the answer. Check out the Tuxing website. It might give you some info
