Caroline, yesterday evening I suffered from bloating and I couldn't take the risk of doing the strength workout I planned today. I was doing my normal chores when you popped up on screen with two wonderful workouts. I'm feeling better now so I decided to it now only. Usually I'm a early morning workout person and it's the first thing o do in the morning....but today's an exception. Thanks for being an inspiration. Looking forward for my daily dose of endorphin. I’ve been doing shorter workouts lately so this one’s perfect for me!! Thank you Caroline! I’ll work back up to the 30 minute videos, I think I’ll start doing them for 10 minutes 3x a day!! 20 minutes is the most I can do at a time.

Abs on fireeeeeeeeee!!! Oh my goodness my abs are burning in a good way!!!! Did this one right after today's 30 Min Constant Cardio and that was good as well! I totally underestimated it! Meant to grab 8lb dumbbells or at least that is what I thought I grabbed only to be surprised at how difficult it was as I progressed without any breaks! Half way through I realized I had grabbed the 10lb dumbbells and I was already too committed to swap them out! Thank you so much for uploading these. As always, you truly are a blessing to me! My hubby was complimenting me the other day about how toned my body looks. Thank you for helping me be stronger! xE

I swear thoughout the entire workout I'm always like "danm Caroline, you're killing me" but OMG this hurts SO GOOD. Folks (lots of men) are always asking me what I do to keep my core so tight and I tell them I work out with Caroline Girvan on UA-cam. I've been going to the gym working out for 8 years now but I could never get my core tight. When Covid hit and the gyms closed is when I discovered working out with Caroline at home and OMG the results are incredible! I'm hooked. Don't get it twisted, I put in the work. I workout with Caroline at least 4-5 times a week and still go to the gym a few times a week but I am now seeing the results that I wanted.

I swear thoughout the entire workout I'm always like "danm Caroline, you're killing me" but OMG this hurts SO GOOD. Folks (lots of men) are always asking me what I do to keep my core so tight and I tell them I work out with Caroline Girvan on UA-cam. I've been going to the gym working out for 8 years now but I could never get my core tight. When Covid hit and the gyms closed is when I discovered working out with Caroline at home and OMG the results are incredible! I'm hooked. Don't get it twisted, I put in the work. I workout with Caroline at least 4-5 times a week and still go to the gym a few times a week but I am now seeing the results that I wanted.

Hey Monika! I absolutely loved this ab routine!! One of my new favorites!! I really loved the lying sprint knee tuck and the single leg wood chop. Such great, very challenging combinations throughout! My abs were on fire!! Especially following that new cardio workout! What a great active rest day!🤩

Btw: I'm so happy ... I woke up feeling a little bit of stiffness and soreness but it's not too bad. This was fantastic thank you Caroline its going on my must do again list 💯👍✔️. You suddenly realise your rectus abdominal muscles and obliques are not as developed as you thought they were when you do a CG abs workout 👍🔥. Which is great as it means there is room for improvements 😁👌. Enjoy folks 👋
