it's Thursday morning and what a pleasure, Caroline surprises us not with one but directly with 2 videos. 😍 And what great videos I love Caroline abs videos thank you for the fantastic start to the day. What I always find fascinating about the videos is that they not only have different themes but also different focuses. Sometimes it's rock hard, or poisen, today it was twisted, which I personally found great. 👍And whenever Caroline smiles at the end and waves at us, I have to smile too. 😂 Thanks for the great video, it's a pity that I can only give one thumbs up. I’ve been doing shorter workouts lately so this one’s perfect for me!! Thank you Caroline! I’ll work back up to the 30 minute videos, I think I’ll start doing them for 10 minutes 3x a day!! 20 minutes is the most I can do at a time.
