I miss a lot of your videos having to shut my eyes from all the spinning and quick turns. 🤢 I just hate missing any part of your videos because I’m starting to feel sick. Also NEVER stop saying, “What’s up you guys?” when you film a mirror. It’s endearing and makes us feel like you are our friend. It’s also sets you apart from others. It was a foolhardy idea to explore alone, regardless of the backstory of the house. At any rate, it's something I would have refused to do, back in the days. What if Ethan had an accident and fell unconscious, for example? What if he had an encounter with a violent squatter refusing dialogue? It has very little probability to happen, but one must not court disaster. Along with finding a critical structural issue on site, meeting a homeless drug user in withdrawal was the biggest fear we had as urban explorers. Thankfully, we never had to face any of it...
Ethan the house had a sense of sadness to it. What happened in that house and why did they leave so abruptly like that leaving all of their things behind like that specially personal things, it just brings out a little bit of sadness to me. 😢. I don’t know why, but it does but if you can answer that that would be great but in between time I know if I was you, I wouldn’t have done it in the dark like you did because it would’ve been a little frightening to be in that house alone like that but thank you for sharing and it’s appreciated. Nice house but yes I was creeped out thinking something or someone was going to appear with every corner you turned. I could imagine the house being updated a bit and still being attractive. There was so much space in there upstairs and down. Nice fireplace in the poolroom. Makes me really sad to see so many belongings just left behind. Can’t they at least be donated. All of the waste is craziness. Cool that they grew a lot of food. Pool would have been nice. There are many homes here that are still maintained well that are hundred years old or more. Why is there so much waste. Ethan thanks for sharing this exciting adventure. Try for your safety to do more day videos. I would have run out of there so fast and with a pounding heart. That was eerily exciting! The home is so awesome and huge! I love the large windows. The finishes, both original and the newer are really nice. The wood in the basement is great, and the sunroom as well, the outside is amazing! I can only imagine how beautiful it once was. Although I totally love this place, I could never live there, given the tragic history. It was an scary, but thrilling, explore! 🤟✌️

On the kitchen counter where you showed the stuffed "donut". Next to it was a set of keys (with an orange "p" which looked like a "Publix" logo. I'm assuming it wasn't for Publix but for something else since I'm pretty sure there are no Publix in Canada). Were those your keys? If not, they too were gone the next day, so most likely someone was in there with you at night if those werent your keys.
I was honestly surprised when you took us through the house I didn’t imagine it to look so modern and nice I wonder what happened there. Eerie seeing all the baby equipment and toys. Couple of things I noticed was the Japanese brella in the 1st girls room was not open and If I remember the box by the front door Closet was not there, I 'm pretty sure he there could have been Squatters staying there, Keep up the great work and Video's

At 3:14 the peg-prego box is about 6 to 8 inches from the left side of the door, at 25:41 the same box is a good 2 feet from the left side and the lid is flipped open. someone Id say someone in the house when you came back the next day or had just left.

It looks like some landscaping company lost a fortune if they weren't paid for the plants. It's sad that so much money had been invested in a place left to the elements. In Australia we have bungalows as well but we don't have basements we have either a two story or a single story homes and the bungalows were built in 1950s or 1960s but what a great video when Ethan you did your night time exploration you should have some one with you like Terry or Carlo ore James from statics spaces but you were brave so you at least you got the job done thank you and see you in the next video

The design on that mirror has an art deco theme to it, you were talking about sound of glass then you came across the shattered mirror behind a door next to the bar, I heard what hit your light it was a little click. They were Japanese lots of moss near the pool Japanese uses moss as an integral feature in their gardening. Thanks Ethan very spooky house specially during the night.

There was something really shady going on in that place, all these kids rooms, and various items, more than normal, curious what the crime was in this place!
Another explorer that I watched just after this one showed a room that also had a child's hand prints all over a wall. They looked the same just not as bad as the ones in yours. Is there an explorer that takes his kid with him/her and does this? Leaving his/her mark? Maybe it's the person you mentioned that destroys everything? Quite a coincidence.

I noticed the glow from the light switches they had little red lights on them. The projector also took electricity for it to come down. Why didn’t you just turn on lights or plug in the lamps so you could see. At 15.59 you looked at the floor heating control and said it had heated floors and the numbers were showing the temp.

In Australia we have bungalows as well but we don't have basements we have either a two story or a single story homes and the bungalows were built in 1950s or 1960s but what a great video when Ethan you did your night time exploration you should have some one with you like Terry or Carlo ore James from statics spaces but you were brave so you at least you got the job done thank you and see you in the next video

The design on that mirror has an art deco theme to it, you were talking about sound of glass then you came across the shattered mirror behind a door next to the bar, I heard what hit your light it was a little click. They were Japanese lots of moss near the pool Japanese uses moss as an integral feature in their gardening. Thanks Ethan very spooky house specially during the night.

There was something really shady going on in that place, all these kids rooms, and various items, more than normal, curious what the crime was in this place!
Another explorer that I watched just after this one showed a room that also had a child's hand prints all over a wall. They looked the same just not as bad as the ones in yours. Is there an explorer that takes his kid with him/her and does this? Leaving his/her mark? Maybe it's the person you mentioned that destroys everything? Quite a coincidence.

I noticed the glow from the light switches they had little red lights on them. The projector also took electricity for it to come down. Why didn’t you just turn on lights or plug in the lamps so you could see. At 15.59 you looked at the floor heating control and said it had heated floors and the numbers were showing the temp.
