OMG!... The reflection of the girl in the boarded up laundry room window freaked me out until I realized that it was the reflection of your t-shirt! Lol
Good morning from Stowe Vermont, I am on vacation. I was looking at all the places people are from, you have an awesome following it’s a testament to how great your exploring is keep it up. ❤
The reflection startled me too 😮 I had to back it up and take another look 😂😂😂😂 I loved all the trees around the yard❤. Didn't like the kitchen abd open concept. Its a really nice house. Curious as to why a garage would be turned into another huge room 🤔. They already had a ton of room. Very nice tour Ethan! Thank you for sharing 😊 watching from Idaho.😊😊
It is a really nice home and property . I love the large spaces and the beautiful fireplaces as well. The bath fixtures were very nice also! It's a shame that it's just sitting there boarded up and unlived in! Always enjoying the great explores from here in Florida 🌞🌴🤟✌️
Thank you, Ethan! I have a party when I see that you have uploaded another video. Looks like you have one other person. Thought I saw a light in the other room. Great one! See you in the next adventure!
Nice big house but something about it was off. Lacked warmth which was perhaps due to lack of sunlight partially made worse with lack of sunlight. Could the second half of large room that had the second fireplace be an addition? Floors did not match and the fireplaces so different. Very small kitchen. Seems like it still could be saved and refurbished just a little. It always makes me sad when nice homes are torn down and wasted. Thanks for sharing this Ethan. Take care be well and stay safe!
Hi Ethan! I have a feeling that house was made to be plain and simple. To me it seemed like it was some sort of relegious compound or church. Not the bedrooms upstairs ... although they were very plain ... I'm thinking the main floor and basement was used for gatherings of many people at a time. Almost like a private religious school. And definitely down stairs would have been the church part of things. Anyway thats just my opionion. It didnt seem to have a homey family feeling to it anywhere. It seemed more like a place of business. Thanks for showing it to us ... Great job as always!🙂
I'm watching from Lorrainville Quebec Canada, I have a question , why is it that almost every House/Mansion yu explore are all demolished and there are so beautiful Ones too, I enjoy your videos!!!
16 hrs late and Im usually never late for your videos Im from Sunny Florida originally from Connecticut as always another amazing explore from an amazing person😍
Beautiful house but very blah. Colorless. The kitchen is so tiny you could never fit two people in it at the same time. The basement area was like a shrine.
Hey Ethan! I am watching from Illinois! What a very nice place! Beautiful floors and huge rooms! Always a shame that these places are being demolished. Thanks for another great find!
I love these old houses. Even here in America they’re being torn down and fugly condos are going up. I’m watching from Phoenix, Arizona. And you wouldn’t know it’s the first day of fall here. Upper 90’s still. And we’ll be back up to the 100’s this week.
Ethan! You were quite correct about the garage doors being walled over from the inside, because those long J-shaped metal bars lying on the ground [@1:07]as you were walking in beside the house are the old overhead garage door tracks that they removed and tossed out there during that renovation.
Hey Ethan..beautiful house ,tiny kitchen tho...as usual your videos are ace and your manners are axceptional ,love how you respect everything...stay safe well and happy 💋
Mother Mary and Jesus painted on the walls in basement appears to a chapel or possibly a prayer room. If the family were from Egypt this is possible. I know an Egyptian family, good friends of mine who have a room such as this in their home… it is a part of their custom to pray several times a day. My guess that is what this room is for… with the cross on the door seen as you first entered the basement leads me to believe this was once the family prayer chapel. Awesome video! Thanks for sharing. I am from Nashville Tn, by the way.
I find it hard to pin down what the specific purpose of all the family room and dining room appearing spaces are on the main floor. It seems as if they could made a den, office, or library out of some of that space. Great video. Thanks, Ethan.
Nice house not bad at all and I said the same thing you said they probably broad the windows so kids can’t get in the house destroyed this beautiful house i glad they broad the windows
Whatever the build year, i agree with you that this is definitely not the original floor plan. I'd guess the entire house got a reno/refresh at some point, but i feel like they made some mistakes on the main level. That kitchen incredibly small, and the other 'rooms'/areas (like the back one) are awkwardly large... i don't care for how open concept the main floor is, but i did like the main floor washroom, closet space, and use of pocket doors in the house though. Since you asked, i'm on the Ottawa end of the province (surrounded by villes, Mills & Corners 🙃). I hope your foot feels better now (was hard watching you go down the stairs after you said that). I'm having stomach issues, but was able to giggle when you were in the garage room talking about the mold (me thinking: flat roof though you seconds later: it is a flat roof above this). I love it when that happens.😄 Take care and have a wonderful day (and thank you!!).
Hi Ethan!! Apache Junction Az here!! Thecwindows being boarded up like that are a deterrent to the scum who come in and destroy these places!! Looks like it must help.
Hi Ethan, Michigan here. Sometimes I get a feeling about a house as you're exploring it. This one feels joyless.
I feel like that’s a good word for it.
OMG!... The reflection of the girl in the boarded up laundry room window freaked me out until I realized that it was the reflection of your t-shirt! Lol

Watching from Athens Ohio. Strange how small the kitchen is. The wood floors are gorgeous. Very nice house.
Beautiful house but very blah. Colorless. The kitchen is so tiny you could never fit two people in it at the same time. The basement area was like a shrine.

Watching from Las Vegas Nevada USA
The marble in the foyer was a home depot special...cheap crap!
So great explore, this house seems it's so quieter in here.

Yo E! Sending love from central Florida baby!
Ethan, have you ever gotten any Paranormal Activity while looking at these Abandoned houses?

@@ethanminnieThanks for answering My question Ethan 🤗 I bet It was something you didn't expect huh 🤔😁
Watching from Alaska, great video, thanks
Thanks for watching!
Hi from England UK ❤
For it being a newer house and 3 big living areas downstairs the master sure is small and master bath very unimpressive.

Watching from NY
Hi Ethan watching from Nevada
House has weird vibes. I think that huge room off the kitchen area was an addition when it was renovated.
12:12 it belongs to the Fly. it hops in there ,and cruises around the house ,
when it gets tired from buzzing around in circles all day.... 😄
Ah ah ah ah Good one 😂
I SAW A FACE OF WOMAN REFLECTED ON THE LAUNDRY ROOM, WINDOW WHEN YOU SHOW IT, YOU SAID IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN STUCKED TOGETHER BECAUSE ITS SMALL PLACE "
it was the reflection of the picture on my shirt
@@ethanminnie

Nice house would love to have all those closets lol from Ohio USA
Hi Ethan, for such a huge house why is the kitchen so small. Does not make sense for all that wasted space to have the small kitchen
Maybe the owners ate out every night? Or catered dinners? Who knows?
Hi from Australia 🇦🇺
South Carolina love the videos brother!!
thank you!
I’m originally from Wisconsin, but I now reside in Illinois about 2 miles from the border of Wisconsin/Illinois Go Pack Go!
Ethan, the scissor-like apparatus you found in that first closet downstairs is a pair of cuticle trimmers that nail technicians use.
I’m watching from Limoges Ontario 😃🇨🇦🇨🇦

Boarded up only for the potential liability, if someone fell, they could bring litigation.
I used to work in Weston not far from you😊
Hello from Missouri 😊
It is massive with a couple of interesting touches but very " meh " , and no mirrors !
Blocked garage doors is weird .
Thanks , keep it up mister . 😎
