to be honest there's a lot that survive... it's not weird too 10k jedis in total there could be 100 survivors hidden where ever not to mention there were powerful jedimasters or jediknights that didn't have anyone to protect that could survive on their own.

Estimates made only say around 500 Jedi died in the whole clone wars, makes sense seeing how most of the Order was probably made of younglings, teachers, and general non combatants

Coleman Trebor actually survived order 66. He’s he’s shot by Jango Coleman decided to take a really long nap in the arena and we never see him again. Honestly I wouldn’t be surprised if in the next Star Wars movie we find out that “Somehow Coleman Trebor returned”
Well, I know that it is not 100% confirmed if it is canon but in the Obi Wan Kenobi series in that mural of Jedi Survivors the name of Rahm Kota (character from The Force Unleashed) appears and it makes sense that he survived, because in Legends He had his own militia due to his distrust of the Clones but I don't know if Disney is going to distort his story either
