super cleaning the thermostat, cap and housing!

the last car owner didn't use coolant, only add town water. so it made the cooling system really messy, i spend a couple of hours to clean them on the weekend.

I don't see where the inside was cleaned? How much does that ultrasonic cleaner cost?
