When I started working in Hvac with my friend he always would cling to the instructor and need him for nearly every task. The instructor got sick and wasn't in for a week and most of his production line fell to a halt. I showed him how to read electrical schematics and the build diagrams and since then I only see him and the instructor together on our lunch. Very wise story and ethics to uphold! I appreciate the upload I feel a lot in common with your words on needing to be dropped into the challenge and learning without being shown. If you're shown everything it just becomes a presentation, not a passion as well. Its accomplishing to have to learn in this way so it's a more natural learning system.
