Thank you so much for this great video!!! Have you cosidered adding the Ram air intake with the super scoop from banks? It might just add extra power since you won't be drawing 'hot' air anymore from underneath the hood but cooler denser air scooped up from the front. Another question: What kind of aftermarket cooling is built on your engine? i mean the cooling hose you talk about at at about 15:50. I'd love to know! Thank you again brother! Such a great video you've made!
I run the 12 valve water pump. It’s made of steel not plastic like the newer ones and flows more. I have the fleece coolant bypass, it pulls hot coolant from the 6th cylinder jacket, as this is a known problem heating up the rear cylinder. I installed a mechanical fan clutch from a 7.3 powerstroke with an adapter to fit the dodge. I have the fleece 180 degree thermostat. Rolling down the highway cruising temps are 180-185. I also had to install a higher psi rad cap. I’ll get the intake one day. Just bought land, trying to out a house on it and everything.
This was a fun project. I'd say it is fairly easy. Let me know what you think.
Where did you buy the 10 BAR MAP sensor from?
