HI. 5:51 - when I click "Forgot Password" SADP asks me to provide Security Code, can't see next window where You export file. any idea what to do??
once close the application and re-open. Click on export then select the path where you want to save. Don't click on confirm click on cancel.

restart the device will make the xml unusable... or not ?
If you restart the device you can not use old XML file.. you have to sent new XML file to support.
