Attempted my first time making pumpkin bread and my gosh it came out amazing! My grandma is enjoying some tea with it and I'm going to have some in a little later. But for the fall and winter I am amping up my baking skills and want to learn how to perfect scones, muffins, some easy breads, and biscuits.

I get so happy when you drop a video. It just makes my day. Those Asian burgers look to die for... omg, how amazing. I have a large herb flower pot right on my deck with cilantro, parsley, dill , oregano, thyme and sage. What ever I do not use up, I dry for the fall winter season. It's fabulous to go out and just cut some fresh herbs for your kitchen. I would love to see how you canned those beets. They looked beautiful.
Yumm! Everything looks so good! When I make twice baked potatoes I sometimes brush the potato shells with melted butter and bake them with out the filling, just to crisp them up a little. Then stuff them and bake again, yummy.

I have just rewatched an old video of yours from a couple of years ago. Did you manage to buy your vacation/rental house in st Vincent in the end? I have often wondered. Also will you be able to go on your big European tour with your boys, I remember you saying it was going to be either this year or next year and you had booked all your hotel rooms. With Europe opening up will you still be able to go? Your videos are always a highlight of my day. I’ve been watching you since you lived in California.
Love your videos Queen! What happened to those Salisbury steaks though? Some looked burnt :( Offering just a tid bit of advice, please don’t take offense. Add corn starch to your broth and make a slurry, then add to your meat! It’ll make the process so much easier.
I luuuuuv Salisbury steak. Your looks perfect. I could almost smell it. One suggestion you have probably already planned. When you add the step to your “new” deck, think about the day when one of you or a friend might need assistance to walk and climb steps (as I do). Even thought it is only one step, a railing somewhere wil help. Alternately making the step wide enough to accommodate a walker will be great. Or both would be the best. 🤗
Also, I’ve heard you should remove the jar rings when you store home canned foods. Do you do that. I’ve never canned but have been considering making jam this year.

Thats literally my recipe, and I also add 1/4c of sour cream for extra moistness. a Carrot cake I've been making for 25 yrs..minus the nuts, raisins.. I think a carrot cake should be that just carrots 👍it's fabulous the homemade frosting is great also..
OH MY LANTA....The Rock Burger you went to is only about 1/2 hour away from me....we love that place. Needless to say, we were thrilled to death when they put one in about 10 min from my house. Their burgers are amazing. The Rainbow Mushroom is my FAV...the 716 burger is so good too.
