I haven't cooked something so delicious in a long time! Delicious soup - step-by-step recipe!

Dice the onion.
Melt 30 grams of butter and fry the onion over medium heat.
Chop the celery finely.
Chop the leek.
Cut carrots into cubes.
Cut the peppers into small cubes.
Chop 2 potatoes.
Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
Pour in 1.5 liters of hot water and cook for 10 minutes.
Chop 150 grams of mushrooms.
Fry mushrooms over medium heat.
Cut chicken fillet into cubes.
Finely chop 3 cloves of garlic.
Add 1 teaspoon each of salt, thyme, paprika, suneli hops.
Mix well and simmer for 5 minutes.
Beat the soup a little with a mixer.
Cook the soup for another 10 minutes.
Finely chop the parsley and add it when everything is ready.
