Kalis Ilustrisimo Follow The Force

Just another day at the office with one of my favorite students.
In Kalis Ilustrisimo, there are three ways to deal with incoming strikes. You can meet the force, redirect the force, or you can follow the force. In this video, my student is following the force. He is using body movement and angulation as the primary means protection. Following the force is by far the hardest to understand and to master.
