Netweigh/filling or weigh/counting is an excellent method of dispensing most dry flowable products, whether powder, pellets or small parts.into packages. The Tridyne Model F-206 features a dual vibratory feed system with two-stage feeding. The initial stage involves high vibration to “flood” a weigh-hopper with approximately 90% to 95% target weight of the product being packaged. Once this target has been reached, the processor reduces vibration, a bulk gate is closed, and a fine stream of product is “dribbled” into the weigh hopper to reach the final target weight.
