Just followed your excellent instructions (but used my own seasoning...fantastic pork chops!!! I'm just learning this new device but am quickly realizing how versatile and simple this cooking method is for most anything!!! My outdoor grill will not get nearly as much use now, especially in bad weather months!!! Thanks!!!
It is a very neat and useful device and I think anyone who tries one will feel the same way... thanks for trying the recipe... sharing your method and results!!!
I’m a New Yorker with not a single country or southern bone in my body, and this recipe had me in the kitchen sounding like Paula Dean and Dolly Parton lol. Delicious!!!!! #Subscribed

Great recipe and wonderful to read how you feel about your Mom. I’m the exact same way. I miss her every single day. She was a wonderful Mother and good person to all. Thank you.
I owe my mother in a tremendous way... she really made many things possible not only when I was a child but still today... she was a very intelligent person that understood a lot more than i ever realized... thanks for reminding me that tonight Sandi...and thank you for watching my videos!!!
That is how I felt when I first started using all these new kitchen gadgets...lol... thank you very much for trying the recipe and sharing your results!!!
Loving the air fryer - I held off for too long!! Anyway - I found quickly that air-frying poultry and pork - target 5-10 degrees below what you want - typically 155 is what I shoot for - then let it rest for 5 mins and it will continue to cook without drying out. Also - I do 380 for about everything unless it is really thick, then I may drop down a bit. No matter what the meat is - I flip every 4 mins. Chicken breasts go about 8-10 total mins and chops usually go about 15 for thicker chops. The air fryer is fun and I try all kinds of rubs and seasonings that have been gathering dust in my cupboard ; )
Thanks, John! I bought the vortex air fryer one week ago and have followed some of your recipes, including this delicious tender pork chops and the most awesome French fries, along with others. Glad I came across your youtube channel!

When King Kullen had the 'Buy 1 get 2 free' on the SNB's, I bought all 3 and emptied the contents into a Tupperware container for flexibility in the amounts I use each time
