Something I had never considered before, thank you! I have always pan-fried them with cream of mushroom soup. This looks amazing and something I will try this weekend! As an aside, you comments on cooking temps are awesome! I am always concerned (maybe over concerned) about making sure meat is cooked correctly and it ends up over cooked. I looked it up and you nailed it, I will cook them to around 145 and let them sit to heat a little more.

My favorite pork chop recipe is seasoned with Montreal Steak seasoning, dusted in A.P. flour, flat top or pan fried in Clarified Butter! With a side of Apple sauce!! 😋😊

We have what appears to be the same Breville toaster oven that is about 2 years old. While the Breville is great, I don't think the air fryer feature cooks the same as our Instant brand air fryer. I think dedicated air fryers move the air at higher speeds producing different cooking results.
In my opinion and experience...an air fryer IS NOT an air fryer. I bought one of those cheap round air fyers with the slide in basket tray and quickly noticed that it does not have the same power/technology as a Ninja 6-in-1 or the fryer that AB is using in this video. Those pork chops look hella good!!! Gonna give this recipe a try. Keep em coming AB!!
