You should make a package solar system just for running the AC, i have seen these in USA !
the package comes with everything that you need for the solar system (for the BTU size) and the package also has the correct AC unit !

It is alright to have panels at different orientations. But seperate strings and MPPTs must be used for harnessing power of PV panels at different oreintations.

You can’t run a this heavy load using a 30A single phase connection. And what is the BTU rating of your AC that consumes 9000W.?
