It is alright to have panels at different orientations. But seperate strings and MPPTs must be used for harnessing power of PV panels at different oreintations.

No there is no such time limitation when it comes to Domestic systems. But the situation is different in Time Of Use tariff.

Sir, what are the disadvantages of use hybrid inverter as regular inverter. I mean without connect battery system.
There are no disadvantages when it comes to the performance of the system. Only problem is that Hybrid inverters are expensive than Grid-tied inverters. But that will also benifit in the long run.
