    This was so good, but you’re right that it’s a mental workout also! I had a little bit of trouble with the combos, but I did get them eventually. Thank you both for another fantastic workout ❤❤❤!!!!!!

    Thank you. Needed an energetic workout today, but for some reason I think my right arm/shoulder got more of a workout than my left.

      Hi! When you box (or shadow box) you use your dominant side 95% of the time unlike a regular cardio kickboxing class that does not focus on form and combinations. So yes! You will always work in a fighters stance in shadowboxing.
