In this video I answer all of your questions about modelling and the industry, as well as what my personal modeling career is like and where I am heading with it. I touch on questions about diet, feeling comfortable with the camera, confidence, heigh and weight requirements and my dream designer runway shows.

I LOVE how she said "you're never too young to start modeling" bc I'm 15 and I plan to start getting more into it this summer but like I always heard you have to start super young.
You don’t have to start super young!! I got signed when I was 16 and know people who got signed at 18/19!!

hey! so i also had diagnosed social anxiety and one of the things that helped me was telling myself that theyre not judging me, im judging myself. most people are nicer than they seem so dont sweat it!

At first you will pay for your flight but when they ask you to go to fashion weeks around the globe they will pay for fee
Actually they pay for it and after you arrive there and work they will cut that money from what you worked.

I'm tall enough to be a model but the problem is the sizes I'm skinny but not that skinny like others model so I'm scared to apply to IMG models

I just Got scouted in public, but im scared that im not thin enough. I m 14 years old, 5’5 and i weight about 53 kg. My friends sister is also a model and shes really thin so im kinda scared that The scout Didnt look closely enough at me to see that im not like boney skinny

Hi, Emilia. I think you just have to travel once in a while if you're modelling part-time but if you want to model full time, then probably move to the nearest city with a branch of IMG. Apart from that, when it comes to expenses, I think the agency can pay for you if you ask them, as a modelling debt, but once you start earning money with modelling, they'll cut that amount out of your paycheck. I am also hoping to get signed with IMG this year so I hope I'm right and best of luck to you and me too.

Can people be models if they're short? Is there alot of traveling involved? What if you can't drive?
Not really lol but there are cases, women have to be like 5’9 and men have to be 6’0, however if your a teen and lower than 5’9 they can hire you cause you’re still growing
@@editorlilac3995 that’s not true you can be short and still model there’s different types of modeling !! commercial modeling doesn’t really require a height, but yes if you’re trying to do runaway modeling u have to be rly tall

okay but I'm 5'4
no offense but modeling is so toxic. they need to shut the whole industry away. the sample sizes should be larger. alot of models develop eating disorders, and its sad. woc have it so hard also. I just dislike when people glamorize modeling all the time. yes it can have its glamorous side but its more not so glamorous. I feel for the models. 😔
