I’m 15 almost 16 years old and I grew like a few weeks ago from 5’5 to 5’8 so whatever doctors might say like “you stop growing after your period” they’re wrong cause everyone is different my mom had a growth spirit at 18! So there is definitely still hope ❤️ I have had a my period for about 5 years and I’m still growing! I’m 99% sure your daughter will definitely grow taller!

Sometimes improving posture helps. I had really bad posture for a while, but then I started trying a lot of posture improving stuff and I grew about 2 in.
