Diablo 2 - Re-rolling Skill Charms

There are valuable rolls in this video that I trashed away, please disregard, as it's only a demonstration video.
Good places to find a skiller charms is to do Nightmare Travincal runs for plain skillers and in Hell for ones for higher stats such as "Life" and "FHR varies, dependent on area level".
Places such as "The Great Marsh" and up from Hell.
But if you want really good ones such as lots of life and stuff, then you should be doing the runs in hell difficulty.
If you want the best charms you can get for skillers, such as a "+1 to traps / 45 Life", then you should get Baal charms.
A Baal charm is a "Grand Charm" that must drop from Hell difficulty by the boss "Diablo", "Nihlathak", and of course "Baal".
Those are charms that have a high enough item level, to get the "45 Life" max stat on top of a skiller.
Usually the best way to get one is to cube "3 perfect gems" + "Baal Charm", and hit the transmute button until you get a skiller with what ever stats your looking for!
So save up on lots of perfect gems, and remember 3 "Gems" of the same type and quality, will upgrade it to one higher quality gem of the same type.
So 3 "Flawless Topaz" = 1 "Perfect Topaz" etc.
You can keep re-rolling the charm in the cube until you are happy with it as shown in my video example!

Thanks for the comments, obviously in this video there are some good rolls that I wasted that would of been good to trade. But I hope someone learns something that is not familiar to the game. Especially a newer player. I'm not perfect :-). For people that are not familiar with the value of items, it may be worth checking the forums on updated trade values for the season.

if you want a decent skill booster grand charm, farm them at the crypt or mausoleum is an area level 83-88 at hell dificulty, my best re-rolled has been a fanatic grand charm of vita +1 to masteries (Barb) and +39 life :D

This goes to show you how lame the item generator is in Diablo 2. It's so hard to find relevant items that help you survive in Act 4 and 5 nightmare runs. It's a part of the reason people are so attached to editors! You can waste 3000 perfect gems before you get something of value, but good to know!
