Russian actions are obscene, they have employed mercenaries from over 20 countries to die for them. The war is too one sided, Ukraine are the ones fighting & being bombed; you should ignore restrictions & strike into Russian territory with force. Focus on military factories & infrastructure but also strike the two major cities, public fear is essential to create pressure as the Russians see the war through safety as an ideal rather than a reality. They must feel the insecurity to mobilise real pressure through protest. No restrictions were applied to Israeli reaction which has suffered much less so should not be applied to Ukraine, it makes no sense. My heart goes out to all of those living in Ukraine.
