This is likely to get buried in all the other comments but there are actually plants that "walk" irl! There's other stuff that they do that's even wilder, anyone who's interested should definitely read about it because slime molds are super cool.

What a lovely game! Being a landscape designer I was very confused and surprised at first about some of the plant descriptions. Didn't realize right away they are made up plants. Haha!
They did a good job of mimicking the kind of etymology real plants have, including the fact that they go by different names based on local folklore. Like, if you search for real plants with peculiar names, you find names like Sneezewort, Sticky Willy and Mother-in-Law's Tongue.

I always get so excited when I see Gab playing a game I've enjoyed. I'd love for her to play Cat and Ghostly Road. I think she'd really REALLY enjoy it.
One of the most unique games I've played in a long time. Glad to see you play it too! Not only is it fun, and gorgeous, but it also let's you pet the cat. So it gets double cool points just for that.
This video has been my go-to for bedtime, I don't think I've actually seen the end since I usually fall asleep.😅 The music with the rain pattering puts me to ease and calms my anxiety. Thanks for playing this game ❤️
This has been such a pleasant video to watch Gab, thank you for the pick! I also want to say thank you for playing the new Syberia game as I wasn't aware of it and I loved watching you appreciate the wonder of the world. I didn't actually realise it until halfway through the video, and this may be a little fun fact, but the map may be inspired by the Peak District in Cumbria, a Northwest county in England. Kendal, Grasmere, and Tebay are all real places although they may be rather different in the game as it seems to be set in a particular time period and have some fantastical elements. Also just realised Undermere may be Windermere in modern times.
My youtube always auto-plays this video when I fall asleep. I'll wake up and hear the sounds of strange horticulture, laugh, and pass back out. Thanks gab. You truly are my favorite youtuber.
I alphabetized the plants once I knew what they were called. Did something like yellow tags for A-H, pink for I-P, purple for Q-Z. I found it more helpful gameplay wise lol
I bought this recently and finished it within days. It was very interesting and fun. My strategy was to go through the entries, label the flowers with a ? mark at the end after guessing, and set the game to automatically label the plants once they were properly identified. Then I put the identified plants to the right and left the questionable ones on the left. It made the game a bit easier that way
This game is so calming and relaxing, it's nice to just listen to, chill out a bit. I will say I desperately want that book of strange plants, I think that would be a cool merch item 😍 Also love how the characters just fade into the back, gives an ominous vibe 😅
What I think is really interesting is that the "Strange book of Plants" says it is written by "Voynich" which hints at the "Voynich Manuscript" that is written in unknown language. 🤩
I absolutely loved playing this game, and it was fun to not only watch you enjoy it but also to see how you sorted your plants! I also sorted somewhat by colors, but I had mushrooms, berries, flowerless, and bulb plants in their own groups as well. Made it easier to find things sometimes. Eventually I switched to sorting by healing plants, poisons/negative effects, and plants with no effects so I could keep up with customers' demands!
I went by flower type with, of course, flowerless being their own category, as were mushrooms. Took me three days to realize the wandering bue was getting itself out of proper placement!
After watching you play "a little to the left" this video makes me so happy to see. Only just started watching, but I'm looking forward to how you organise the really conflicting patterns later. Your voice is so calm and soothing.

I can’t quite put my finger on why, but this game reminds me of Sunless Sea. Maybe it’s because you get thrown into a world that feels so alive but so foreign it takes you a while to get your balance.

I am sure this is an open-ended question but if you know of any then please add it to the thread: Are any of these plants based on any real plants? Whether it is design or description.
Hey Gab! I really like that u play this kinda game. It's so nice to hear u read the clues and identify the plants. It's nice to watch and hear it, makes me feel sleepy and cozy. Helps a lot for my insomnia and keep me relax This is my favorite video game (next one is Elden Ring) ((Ps: Sorry for my crap english🤣))
While that dude is awful, he kinda has a point about the store not being a good place for a cat - especially one that is known to nibble on plants. It's way too dangerous for them with so many toxic plants around! Let's just hope this is the kind of universe that has smart cats that know what is safe to eat and what isn't.
I love the story! At first 30 minutes I felt little bit bored but as story goes on I keep get in the edge of my chair. The mystery, the story line, the characters! 4 hours feel so fast. What lovely game.

I started watching you play this but had to stop so I could go and purchase the game myself and boy am I happy I did! Loving all the calm games you've been playing lately :)
2:48:05 Forest saying he’s gonna hunt The Servant reminded me of the true story of the Hammersmith Ghost, where a guy got it in his head to hunt down a ghost who’d been scaring the townsfolk for months but he was a bit drunk, it was dark out, and he ended up shooting not the ghost but a bricklayer who had been visiting his family late at night, still dressed in his all white uniform. The ensuing murder case set some important legal precedent, that despite your intention to kill someone who was harming your community it is still premeditated murder, and if you murder an innocent in that scenario when you didn’t mean to it is still murder.
I want you to know that I watched the first 37 mins of this vid and I loved the game so much, I just went to Steam and put it on my wishlist. I plan on playing through it first, then coming back and finishing your video.

I can’t quite put my finger on why, but this game reminds me of Sunless Sea. Maybe it’s because you get thrown into a world that feels so alive but so foreign it takes you a while to get your balance.
I use this video to fall asleep on nights when my mind is racing - thank you for the extremely chill and soothing vibes 😌
Gabs, your play through of this game is probably my favorite ever. I appreciate you! Thank you for being amazing :) 💗✨
Yes more witchy aesthetic games!
When I played, I quarantined my Wandering Bue to its own shelf to keep it from moving the other plants around lol
wow i love this game so much - the concept, the aesthetic, the mystery, the cat! i was torn if i should stop the video and purchase it myself and play first but i was having too much fun watching to stop!

I have a hard time sleeping due to chronic nightmares, but currently my remedy is putting on a Gab video and listening to her kind voice lull me into a sweet dreamless sleep.
Thanks Gab for the videos ❤
Amazing! I’m just finishing this video up. Made my day so much better!
Gab is a godess at game choices. Never would have known about this game otherwise🥰
I love this game's twist on the English Lake District ❤️
I am sure this is an open-ended question but if you know of any then please add it to the thread:
Are any of these plants based on any real plants? Whether it is design or description.
Hey Gab! I really like that u play this kinda game. It's so nice to hear u read the clues and identify the plants.
It's nice to watch and hear it, makes me feel sleepy and cozy. Helps a lot for my insomnia and keep me relax
This is my favorite video game (next one is Elden Ring)
((Ps: Sorry for my crap english🤣))
Your English is really awesome actually.
watching this with the door open to a rainy day, cwtched up in a blanket and cross stitching - 10/10
thanks gab for another cosy wholesome stream!
Cwtched? Hugged? 🏴
Gab and I at the same time: "Ooooooo a seal :D "
While that dude is awful, he kinda has a point about the store not being a good place for a cat - especially one that is known to nibble on plants. It's way too dangerous for them with so many toxic plants around! Let's just hope this is the kind of universe that has smart cats that know what is safe to eat and what isn't.
What an unexpected surprise. This was a comfy mystery at its finest ❤ thank you for sharing!
I see this game played by Gab, and the first thing that comes to my mind is 'Pow! Cinnamon!'
I love the story! At first 30 minutes I felt little bit bored but as story goes on I keep get in the edge of my chair. The mystery, the story line, the characters! 4 hours feel so fast. What lovely game.
I bought this a few weeks ago and thought you might enjoy it! I’m glad you took the time to give this game some love!
I played this game a few weeks ago! So much fun, one of my favorite relaxing game. I laughed when you said that you pet the cat before ringing the bell so he doesn't get startled, 'cause I did the exact same hahahahah
This is such a chill vibes playthrough that I am actually going to stop it for the second time, for the second nap i take today. It makes me so sleepy and relaxed, its so cozy
I just want to say I love your content and it brings me joy watching it in the morning before work. Keep up the great work gab!
This kind of content is why I love watching. The only Tuber/Streamer who so perfectly matches my vibe!
Ohh lord, the skin crocodiles.
I'm with you there, Gab. That lady don't know nothing about scary dreams. My brain cranks out the most disturbing stuff.
So we're not going to acknowledge the fact that Gab has been dreaming about skinned crocodiles?
Watching this game be played made me make a legit purchase on steam for the first time. I needed this game lmao
This is like Papers Please, but for neurodivergent plant gremlins-
Yup; It's 100% that!
I'm so glad I found you!!! You are my comfort channel! I love puzzle games so it's really fun to watch you play some I've never seen before. You have such a cozy vibe especially with BB :) I have two of my own gamer cats and they really add a lot to the coziness levels :D
My dungeons and dragons friends bought me this game when it first came out, in return I would stream it on discord for them, we all loved it, you're in for a treat
Oh I was hoping you might play this! Awesome. Cup of tea and chill vibes at the ready! ✨
I started watching you play this but had to stop so I could go and purchase the game myself and boy am I happy I did! Loving all the calm games you've been playing lately :)
This game was intriguing but somehow so soothing.
Thank you.
Lol that part "I got cat and I got coffee my life is complete" needs to be on merch!! ❤❤❤
This was so nice. I loved this game. Like, I'm probably rewatching this tonight before bed it was that cozy ☺️
I finished this game in one sitting yesterday because I saw your video on it! I wholeheartedly trust your choice in games.
I love the way you read a story. It was wonderful. Thank you for this.
You should play Plant Tycoon! You own a flower shop and have to grow and care for plants, decorate your plant nursery, catch bugs etc.
I want you to know that I watched the first 37 mins of this vid and I loved the game so much, I just went to Steam and put it on my wishlist. I plan on playing through it first, then coming back and finishing your video.
This game was really done very well. I wasn't expecting the Servant to be that tall either. Thank you for posting this stream. It was very relaxing after I had a long day at work. It was cozy especially with the rain and thunder.
I remember watching this when she first played, thinking it was such a cool game, but I had too many games on the go. After over a year, I’ve finally played it, and loved every moment.
bruh, games like these are always the best. and the exact that Gab is playing it takes it soooooo much better!
I know, right? Watching Gabs play games feels like you're actually playing with a friend. It's such a friendly and wholesome atmosphere.
If you havent played it, you'd like the game Coffee Talks. It's got soothing music and it's really relaxing.
One of the only games I've finished in the last few months, absolutely adored it.
