Judge was not happy. How many times do you think this has happened and not be caught? I can bet you it’s not the first time and I know it won’t be the last. All who knew there was evidence under another case should be fired and pensions taken. That’s illegal…withholding evidence or stating it’s not part of a case..is not for the investigator along with prosecution to decide it’s for the jurors to decide if it is relevant or not. In my opinion, they effed up!
