Gregg brings his "expertise cred" to a new level in this episode, when he-with ZERO notice-*effortlessly* identifies that Bob Dylan reference. Music-head, anyone? 3:38
Yea he clearly likes to have a good laugh. He's a lot of fun, a bit wacky and wild for me from that shirt. I love it but I'd NEVER let my children watch this satanic garbage.
Jeremy Vagrant I disagree, Gregg has been looking out for Tim since the very beginning. He is the one who recommended getting the surgery from the very start! Without Gregg's advice, it's very possible that Tim would have died!
Tim on the Lone Ranger "I think its a lock for best picture. I'd enjoy so many different parts of this movie especially the horse riding and the western - it is almost like a western, and thats what I loved about it because I love westerns and uh, thank you and uh, and I love this movie."
I like Gregg's internal coding system for his vast VHS collection. Just in case a professional burglar steals his all of his tapes and they end up in pawn shops; they will be easily retrieved.
What I like most about both of these reviewers is the sheer volume of expertise they bring to their opinions. They never fail to give expert opinions, not just regular old commonplace opinions.
@@redditmaster1879 Reddit master? Jfc, even if this is ironic it's one of the worst things I've ever seen. And I've seen videos of mass beheadings by ISIS
Greg: "Good to see Disney branching out." I agree! I hope Disney will continue to try more live action movies in the future on the success of Lone Ranger.
@@joey_bonzo if I had known I had such influence, I would have used it much more responsibly… all I can do now is apologize and say I never wanted to see Will Smith as a genie either
You know, despite what everyone says about Gregg Turkington, he is a real good friend. Despite all the abuse Tim gives him, he rallied all of Tim's friends to convince him to get that surgery. What a good guy! :)
Every single episode of this show is so perfectly, on the button, beautifully terrible. Every little fluff and mess up, sideways look and moment of silence is just perfect.
I actually started using Gregg’s coding system for my tapes and was able to retrieve a stolen copy of Captain Ron from the local pawn shop. Great idea. Btw, I gave it 5 bags of popcorn and a little fake eyeball keychain.
Some comment on one of these episodes said it was offensive to include stuff like Tim dying, and I feel bad for em cause this is next level hilarious dark humor. Tim Heidecker got stabbed trying to protect his neighbor in REAL LIFE, he's one of the funniest people on the planet and a true OG.
2:34 Five bags of soda... HAHAHA! Tim is such a master at deadpan. You can see when he says bags of soda he makes a sound like he fucked up. He doesn't fix it though!
Wow, at 9:07 do you realize we just witnessed a near death experience by Tim? I think Gregg's VHS coding system nearly gave Tim a life ending brain aneurysm. A true film buff would never let his coding system lead to manslaughter. Shame on you Gregg, if Tim burns your entire VHS collection, he will have saved many lives. ...oh wait, it's 2016, and it happened!!!! *slow clap* for Tim
I note that Gregg wasn’t being so touchy about Johnny Depp not working with Tim Burton, back in these days. Just goes to show how opinions can change over time.
lone ranger was snubbed by the oscars this year.... as usual, the movies that deserve the credit aren't getting it and i'm not sure i can take it anymore
As a first time viewer I am heartbroken to hear that Tim’s wife divorced him because she was so opposed to him having his blood clots surgically removed. It is also nice to see him in good spirits by wearing a fun shirt. Gregg could have shown more compassion here IMO, first time I’ve been disappointed by the expertise expert himself.

Right? It's Hawaiian in style
Tim's Hawaiian shirt really gives this review a real "summery" feel to it. Thanks for that Tim.
Summery movie summary

I'm so glad he didn't passed away.
Gregg did a pretty damn good job hosting, so it wouldn't be much of a loss
I love that the two of them clearly never talk outside of the show
5 bags of soda
Tim's being quite generous with the sodas in this episode. Both movies were 5 baggers....er, cuppers.
They didn't show the "Oscar pick" graphic when Tim said Lone Ranger would get best picture & best supporting actor.
