I just love how creepy John Sparkes' character comes across at the very start of this sketch. It's like something from a 70s public information film.
Calum is such a darned fine comic creation and so brilliantly performed by Moray Hunter. John Sparkes - so underrated.

There's a bit from later in the show when they knock on someone's else's door and say (something like) 'Could we talk to you about the Suzuki 350?... It's faster than Jesus!'
Love this. It’s a shame the next piece isn’t shown where the Jehovah’s Witnesses knock on another door and are told “I’m not interested in your Suzuki 350”

For 20 years I've been telling people it was a Kawasaki 500.
Aye, but God would be able to attend in person, like, and sort out the false prophets and the bewildered ones who don't know where lieth the keys to the celestial kingdom and where they put the remoot control, and all manner of confusions by which the mind of man is confused when he doesnae know what's what... God could sort that out much quicker if he had a Suzuki 350. It's much quicker than Jesus. (PS. I edited this because I said Suzuki 350, and then I read the description which says 360, but it's 350. A further example of the confusion of the mind of man who knoweth not very much about motor-bikes. What did Lawrence of Arabia have? 'Cause he looked a bit like Jesus and he was brulliant).
