this is a terrible video. can you please explain what's up with all the different bus pass options and prices, there's no descriptions on the compass websites, how are people suppose to know what their buying?

this is an horrible add . The compass card site is so difficult to use. All the information is dispersed everywhere on the page. It is like herding cats. When you store money on it you cant use the card anyway. You need to take another step but translink needs that your money is stored so imagine how much money they have sitting there. If a person has money in the card then it should be able to be used up right away. Why another step? I told you so they have cash in the bank which is a lot of money interest free. You buy a monthly pass and your stored values is still not used. so why is the system like this
? I know!! Translink wants to have your money interest free in their system. free money with no interest. And this is even legal?
