    Also one more small information. The first bacteria of life form is seeded when the baby passes through the birth canal. And comes through the mother. This is the first and only beautiful “thai seedhanam” of our life. Unique gift from our mother. And then Mother Earth. And the first Seemai paal. The colostrum is for feeding this bacteria only. Not food for the baby. But the bacteria. Once that is ready then only baby is ready for digestion. Liver starts to kick in. And milk starts to flow to mother for feeding baby. How beautifully nature has kept all planned. That’s also one of the reason why baby will lose Upto 10% of its birth weight in the first two days and then starts to increase post third days. I have always admired this ingenuity of nature.
    Dr Pal and Bhat sir thanks for your enlivening and enjoyable discussion on this topic.

      Tamil people are the rare breed who appreciate talent irrespective of region. None of Rajni, MGR, TMS, MSV, Saroja Devi, Savithri, SPB, S.Janaki, P.Suseela, Yesudas, Chitra, Arjun, Ajith, Sneha, and a lot more,, are not tamilians. But we celebrate them. Also, Tamil people are the only one to celebrate dark skinned heroes, like Rajni, Vishal, Lawrence, Parthiban, Vijayakanth, and a lot more.. you can never imagine how open and welcoming Tamils are!

      @@crazymazy1795 wasn't Saritha dark and successful? There aren't enough examples. You can try to tell one actress who failed because of her dark colour, and rarely you'll find.
      Dark and handsome are more associated with males, while fair and beautiful for females, donno why?!
      Even Madhuri (wife of second son in samsaram adhu minsaram) was dark and acted in few movies, but she didn't have great skills like Saritha.
      At least tamil films cast these dark heroines, other languages I don't even recall having seen any dark female lead!

    Our ancestors already taught us not to eat a food somebody already ate. Saliva of a young person will reduce your lifespan, eat home cooked food, not to eat after sunset, to wake up before sunset, Madi and acharam also sprouted from this and turned out to become something else. The more we question why our ancestors started to follow something, we understand they’ve made scientific advancements that we cannot imagine. Instead of judging our ancestors if we focus on the knowledge we will be wowed

      Ex: Ayurveda is completely designed by Bharadvaaj maharishi,

Ancient Indian fields of agriculture, medicine , construction, food processing and nutrition, languages , arts, poetry, vastu, astrology etc are all pure sciences based on the knowledge given by Maharishis…. Why did Maharishis give us all
      This ? ? So that we live a healthy and contented life with all

    Just to let people know:
    All fruit contains fibre, but some types provide more of it than others. For example, per 150g, which is considered one serve of fruit :
    Passionfruit = 20.9g of fibre
    Raspberries = 9.1g of fibre
    Kiwifruit = 5.7g of fibre
    Banana = 4.1g of fibre
    Strawberries = 3.8g of fibre
    Apple (with skin) = 3.6g of fibre
    Orange = 3.6g of fibre
    Peach = 3.5g of fibre
    Nectarine = 3.2g of fibre
    Pineapple = 2.7g of fibre
    Blueberries = 2.7g of fibre
    Mango = 2.3g of fibre
    Other fruits, like watermelon, rockmelon, honeydew melon and lychee contain smaller amounts of fibre - 2g or less per 150g serve

      yeah, everyone will laugh until someone (including themself) in their loved circle becomes the victim and then it turns as serious as it could get. This is the very problem in India, everything is taken lightly because we are farming humans, not the good quality ones (more like chinese things, however chinese quality is improving over time while we are not)

    Sir. Had the video come 5years back i would have not struggled these many days. None of the gastro doctor is as ethical as you and never told these things to patients. I would love to transfer a portion of my life span to you. God bless you sir. Jealous of your personality. I am living with antibiotics, low fiber and carb rich diet. Taking rifaximin and amocyllin a lot...Will change for sure sir. Thanks once again.

    Can you please make a dedicated video just on dos and don'ts for people whose gallbladder is removed.. That will be very helpful when info comes from a doctor. Please consider my request. Of course you will have a lot of things in your pipeline. But please consider adding this topic to your pipeline. I will wait for it patiently as i do not want to wait in the doctor's office as a patient. 😅
