This is one of the best videos I've seen lately! I gave you grief for milking multiple videos out of the Rainy trip last week, but this video more than makes up for it! Incredible! Thank you Nick, and everybody else involved!
Hi Nick I love your videos. I learn lots when I watch your videos. And what about the 3/8 oz jigs? This video makes a lot of sense on what bait your using thanks for sharing tight lines Nick!
In 1687 Sir Issac Newton proved that weight does not alter drop speed. That is in air. What does alder drop speed is drag. Especially in water with current. In rivers and such much more weight is needed in order to just hit the bottom. In Lake Roosevelt, for instance, one can't even get to the bottom without a 3/4 ounce jig or larger. The water just sweeps it away, especially when using monofilament. line. This is an interesting video, but I would have liked to have seen it filmed in a river with some moving water.

Thanks! I really appreciate this message!
The visual effect is more convincing. I think we all had theories about this, but to finally see it, is an eye opener.
Agreed. The plastic + hair test was especially eye-opening
Awesome video thanks for sharing! 🎉
Awesome video. I’m eager to see more comparisons.
Thanks Jonny.
Thanks for doing this video Nick. I learned a lot! Great stuff.
This is truly is a good informative video . Bravo , good info.
This was a really useful video. Kudos.
Glad you found it useful. It took a surprising amount of time to take the tank shots, but it was definitely worth it.

It’s usually when someone has creek chubs on! 😂
This was a really good video, was very interesting.
Sweet video 👌
Glad you enjoyed it, Marc.
Could you do a side by side comparison of regular swimbait vs ribbed swimbait?
That's a really good idea. Will have to do that sometime.
Does all the Walleyes jigheads work in the Columbia River Oregon? Thanks.
Great video learned quite a bit. Also mite be time to shave the stash off. Lol.

Drag or resistance is key not weight
No doubt
Mustache game is on point
Thanks Andy 🥸
