You should NEVER just leave the PTO clutch up in the disengaged position. It puts uneeded stress and wear on the thrust bearing and crank. If you aren’t running the PTO put the gear selector in neutral and the PTO clutch in the engaged position
The pedal on the right, sideways, is your differential lock. PTO, no. Independent is it runs with engine speed, syncro means the pto runs with wheel speed, like to spread fertilizer or seed

It sounds and appears to be as though he is selling it, good call for this tractor... They're great tractors if owners know how to operate them LMAO!
1:14 that lever is for the hydraulic hoses like lifts up the bed of a trailer, lifts up a disc also don't touch it when the engine is running and it's not connected to a trailer/disc because you'll break the hydraulic distribuitor!!

little lever on right leg foot is for posi traction,it usually runs off 1 tire in normal operation
