I just bought this and I am impressed. I have owned a variety of rotary tools over the years (wen, dremel, chicago) and they didn't feel anywhere near as comfortable as the this one does. It is very precise and easy to use. I am impressed with the Hart line of tools as my wife bought me a multi tool bag assortment (drill, impact driver, inflator, flashlight, and reciprocal saw) as well as the shop vacuum. Haven't had a problem with any of them. I love them.
Ty for the great explantation of this tool ! I just bought a 4 piece combo Hart that came with this with all the accessories yours has, and a drill looking inflator , a 4 port charger , a hand vac and it came with 2 , 2.0Ah lithium batteries! All for around 100 bucks Walmart hidden clearance!! Also bought a Hart 3 tool combo 1/2 drill/ driver. An impact driver and circular saw with 2 batteries but are only 1.5Ah lithium batteries with charger..same price! So excited!! And almost forgot it came with 50 piece accessory drill bit kit.
Thanks for the review.i love u tube and you guys take the time to do this bc it helps me know what is a good product for gifts and personal use.i wanna get my son one of these for his birthday, he loves these types of tools .like my hubby likes his drills and impacts lol
Does it have a foot switch or a power cord? I don't want a battery because these are tool only, so you need to spend another 80 bucks plus for the battery AND charger. It is a no go without these items.
I got the 175 piece rotary tool and can't figure out which sandpaper is 120 and so on, so forth. I'm new to this and would appreciate if they labeled their items. 😕
So what about attachments, like the sharpening tool for axes and chainsaws. Will the Hart mount up to it? This tool might be worth it is one needed a dedicated wand in a workshop but I am more on mobility.
Thanks for the Harts review, but I will be staying with me dremel because the cord of the Hart tool is to short. How much is the battery another 70 bucks?
Tip: don't buy the tool by itself. Yesterday I bought a Hart set that had the rotary tool, handheld vacuum, tire inflator, 2 batteries, and the 4-way charger(MUCH better and better made than the cheap charger the batteries usually come with) all for $109. Just the rotary tool and battery alone costs more than that. Everything else was free. Good review.
@@ScrollsawVideo I'm looking forward to that. I just bought this set for my husband and the rotary tool isn't working. It squeaks and then goes silent and does nothing. Sounds like the motor is stuck but I have no idea how to fix that!
Common sense will tell you that the attachment and length of it will create more noise....more moving parts, more resistance equates to more noise. Attach a similar extension to the other tool and you’ll be surprised at the noise,
I have 13 rotart tools that came with a flex shaft.....all making a different decibel level. Your comment is true but not the whole story. Thanks for watching.
I’m really disappointed with dremel products, the locking pin on the dremel to remove the bit went to crap in less then a few months... I would not recommend dremel.

Ive been eyeing this thing at walmart every time i go in. Seems like it would pair great with my little solder iron-heatgun station.
I literally just bought one of these rotary tools yesterday and ive been buying hart brand tools for a good while now they are great tools to have
Thanks for sharing
Look forward to seeing the next results of the tool. Great idea for been mobile.

I bought similar one at Harbor Freight. It has a foot operated speed control.
I wish this was hybrid could use a battery or plug it in manually
use an inverter.

The lower the number the rougher the grit. Thanks for watching.
I use the Dremel stylus and it's pretty amazing for 3D printed (resin) objects.

Sure will. I’d get a 4AH battery though.
Great review

Battery is 50ish bucks battery plus charger, 60ish if I remember right
Clunky box is about useless.
Were I come from the battery’s are about 30-40 and charger 50
Remember you have the accessories shaking in the box which make it louder maybe🤔
Kinda want one ryobi has one like it

Great tip. I just bought the same set for the same price. LOL....there should be a vid coming soon on the purchase.

I was going to get it but i dont want to buy a battery and a charger.I do like the looks
Coming soon will be a Ryobi review with nearly the same setup.
Number Five I’m the same way as you are but I’m just sucking it up and buying a battery and charger
Will those batteries work with hyper tough tools
Nope, completely different tool and manufacturer.
You can see it’s a little quieter when I shut it off
i went and bought more HART CORDLESS TOOLS

The hart is a more powerful and precise device
Another white-yobi . Comes down to if u shop walmart or hd
Did you see my vid of the comparison of Hart and Ryobi?
i want Hart to come out with a cordless Router
And a cheaper 3mh battery to match.
Great video but just for future reference make sure you're holding the product in the camera's view at all Times! :) Thank you

I will stick with my Dremel 4000.
It sounds worse in person. Seriously.
