there is a group of experts that advocate to move the active phase at 6cm (Zhang et al). for now, maybe u can ask your professor in OB which (4cm versus 6cm) ang ifofollow nyo

Ever Mary Joy Escalera yes its possible to deliver that vaginally. But if vaginal delivery fails due to dystocia, then the most likely abnormal labor patterns would be arrest in descent
