It's a movie. Very few girls would be able to fight a male and come out without getting seriously injured.

@@gary286464 I did exactly what you proposed, I taught both my girls how fight, and fight "dirty", from an early age. I taught them, indoctrinated them, that _NO ONE_ has the right to lay hands on them without their consent. Ever.
They learned that size and strength will not overcome speed and skill, especially when applied to fundamental human physical weaknesses: knees, eyes, throat. Cripple them, blind them, disable them. The fight is over before it starts.
I followed up by enrolling them in martial arts programs, primarily NinJutsu, my personal home away from home. But they also went in for Judo, boxing, and wrestling on their own.
I am proud and thankful that they are both safe, healthy and doing well, now in their 30's. And that, with a few minor exceptions, have not needed to employ those skills.
Better to know it and not need it, than to need it and not know it.
All bullies are the same. Act tough until they encounter someone tougher and then they cry and beg for mercy. None should be shown.

Dear God, how I hate bullies. They thrive because our backward school systems hold the victim responsible for defending themselves.

I hate the PARENTS of bullies (especially this kid's parents) EVEN MORE than I hate bullies. I loved the scene in True Detective when Collin Farrell beat up the father of the boy who bullied his son in front of the bully but did not actually hit the bully and he told the bully that if he bullies his son again he will do something even worse to his father (I cannot even say it here because of the censor).

They also thrive because we keep insisting they have "low self esteem" I wager my soul against an eternity in hell that bullies DON'T HAVE LOW SELF ESTEEM. It's higher than the other 99% of the population.

Incredible. MY REAL LIFE STORY! I'm 77 now, born and raised in the US military. When I was 8 the school bully 12 decided I was the perfect target. I warned him twice to leave me alone or he would be sorry. He thought it was funny. Since he was taller than me and we rode the same school bus, I let him in first, then got to where he sat and punched his nose. His mother called the police. When they got there they asked me why I hit him. I told them I warned him to leave me alone. The two policemen started laughing and told his mother to tell him to stay away from me before I broke it again. He had no idea dad taught me to box when I was six. (I was dad's first child.) LOL

Reminds me of my middle daughter Catherine. When she turned 12 I took her for aikido and boxing lessons. By the time she was 18 she was a force to be reckoned with. I'll never forget the night she got arrested because the other girl said that she started it but that was later proven with video footage that that was a lie. Three girls jumped her in a bathroom . Wearing a dress and high heels my daughter was the only one that walked out of the bathroom. The other three were still on the floor when the police came in.

@@patricklincoln5942 one of the girls that attacked her thought it would be a good idea to film it. When the cops showed up they found the phone set up on the counter in the bathroom. When they played it back they saw the whole thing.

boxing & doing very well, a family
of boxers.
I started training in the 7th grade. Towards the end of my 8th grade yr,
I squared off with the school bully & he wasn't able to lay a hand on me. I put about a dozen well placed fists on him & dropped him in a pile. After that NOBODY bullied ME 😂 & the beginning of a strong amateur boxing career .
In my country, a common saying is "violence solves nothing," but as your example demonstrates, that's not always true. Sometimes it's unfortunately the only solution.

Its the same story in real life as well. Bullied kids who stand up to the bullies are the ones who will get in trouble. Never the bully. But hey teachers need a raise!
