Eniola...I want to mention. Eczema is NOT caused by bacteria. Its is combination of genes, inflammation and environment. Things like dust, eggs, dye, fragrance, metals, and gut disbiosis are common triggers. In fact steroids and antibiotics are last resort methods. I just wanted to add. Start with removing ALL fragrance from detergent and skincare to see if that helps...What you had by your nose was probably seborrheic dermatitis
Please get your facts right ! Atopic Dermatitis ( Eczema ) can either be triggered by allergens or bacteria . I had this as a child and it was not caused by eggs and metals ! If it's caused by a bacteria (which are the causes I mentioned) , then an oral or topical cream like hydrocortisone is prescribed which is what I use every time and that worked for me and other people I shared it with. Let's try not to complicate things so people don't get confused. Every thing I share on my Channel is based on my personal experience and research , it's not law . It might work for you and it might not . But to write it off as wrong ? I don't agree.

I even dedicated myself to getting a pre med bachelors then masters in biology with focus on dermatology.
