Went on it yesterday! Here’s a tip for people who are scared of going on the axis - when it’s about to go upside down , close ur eyes, u won’t feel anything :))
absolutely terrified to go on this, first time it went round it was amazing. trust me and open your eyes the entire time! one of the best experiences there
does it give u the weird stomach feeling when it swings? also when ur upside down does it feel like ur gonna fall out cuz thats all im scared of im not scared of heights or anything its just those
@@serafinahart4012sorry for a late reply but here's my experience! to answer your first question - it's not relatively possible to sort of "control" that stomach feeling because a drop from such a high place WILL get your organs moving, it's natural. There are ways to prevent it though or in better wording to not feel it. When you're going up a lot before swinging back down, inhale. When it does swing back down, exhale. Or, simply, you could just scream. Being silent or not doing anything will have a much more noticeable effect and you'll be able to feel those butterflies well and clear. To answer your second question: it really just depends on your height. I think everyone's gonna have the same experience though. It does eventually start feeling like you're gonna slip out of your seat but really you won't. There are multiple safety precautions and the ride operators are trained to keep an eye on you. They do check your seat, etc before pushing the button to start the ride. You'll feel like you're falling out due to the pressure when you're upside down, but it's not like that at all. It'll turn out fine in the end. If you haven't gone on it yet, take any opportunity you have to do so! it's absolutely amazing and if it's your first time then that makes it even better. It's more calming than scary and it's easier than it looks.
hi Theme Park worldwide great video of axis i might be rideing it one day i had sent some pics of the models i made of thier rides they loved them because the models are so good they want to use them they sent me two complementary wrist bands
I couldn't take my eyes off it the other day when I was there, no way was I getting on it though! 😩 I just felt sick & terrified for the people on it 😂
@kitsnkatz despite the queue its 100% worth it and it was my first time on a ride like that and it was amazingg, if youre scared then i suggest closing your eyes when upside down
I had to pause this video half way through bc this video made me feel dizzy 😵💫ok I could ride this if I wanted to as it is under a mile away but I now feel so 🤒 sick
Go for it. The fear never really goes away but the thrill and excitement overpowers the fear by a mile. I'm still pretty terrified of rides like these but I just forced myself on them and enjoyed them so much. Essentially just force yourself to go on these rides because trust me it will be great
Went to Adventure Island at the Weekend. Absolutely shocked how little social distancing there was (none) and literally NOBODY wearing masks...its as if Southend is Immune from the virus. We had to ask people in the queues to move back as they were literally touching us all the way through the queue...of course, with no masks on. So disappointed in the park not making masks mandatory and with the people for simply ignoring the fact we have a worldwide pandemic o n our hands. We say about a thousand people in the park sunday and we counted about 10 people with masks on.
@@ThemeParkWorldwide The park itself is really good and the staff are absolutely fantastic. But they just aren't taking the pandemic seriously and as such, at this present time, Is just not safe.

i have a great stomach for roller coasters and rides in general but this… made me cry like a kid 😬😂😭
I went on it yesterday and I just closed my eyes for the whole ride I went with my school
Great video and it was a great new attraction at the park especially at night
Thank you. It certainly looks the part at night!
I cannot believe I am actually getting motion sickness simply from watching this video on my PC on full screen 🤣

So good best ride
It sure is great however I much prefer Time Machine at Adventure Island!
This looks so cool. I haven't been on it yet but after seeing this I want to
I'm going on it today I'm so excited!

I love Axis
Thanks Shawn for this pov has the man in the gohst train been dealt with him
I’ve sent my feedback to the park
What happened? I know I’m late just saw this 😂
Axis is similar to maelstrom at Drayton manor but, with maelstrom at Drayton manor it doesn’t go upside down Shawn!
Nice
Im so going on this lol
Edit: i ended up going on it 4 times in a row yesterday and it was soo fun - i went to adventure island for a skl trip
So scared but I’m going in this ride with my best mates tomrow
UNDERTALE YELLLW REFERENCE?1!?1!1?!1
I'm going tommorow im so happy
love your vids
Thank you
That looks insane but I was looking for the next step up from Vortex
omg the vortex is great but the scorpion was so cool but it was sideays
it is the next step up tbh, upside down, quite a bit higher
if im completely honest there’s not much intensity with axis, id say around the same as rage
Another great POV Shawn 👍🏻
Thanks
Theme Park Worldwide you’re welcome 😊
Hey Theme Park Worldwide. I’m at Alton Towers and I just saw a kid wearing your merch. Cool right?
That’s awesome! We hope you had good time!
I couldn't take my eyes off it the other day when I was there, no way was I getting on it though! 😩 I just felt sick & terrified for the people on it 😂
im taking this ride tommorow
Have fun!
Went on it today, it was so fun but the wait was 2 HOURS LONG.
i came here today with my school and me and my friends were the only ones who were brave enough to go on it lol
@kitsnkatz despite the queue its 100% worth it and it was my first time on a ride like that and it was amazingg, if youre scared then i suggest closing your eyes when upside down
Good pov.
YAYAAYAY
I went on Axis recently

if you ever feel like going on this and like it your actually sick in the head
How did u film on ride without dropping
We use a secure chest mounted GoPro
When is the next vlog online?
We’ll have a new vlog on the way this weekend!
Amazing 😉
Thanks Ross
@@ThemeParkWorldwide pleasure 😊
This is made by technical park not SBF
I’ve gone on this before it was so scaryyy
I had to pause this video half way through bc this video made me feel dizzy 😵💫ok I could ride this if I wanted to as it is under a mile away but I now feel so 🤒 sick
me and my family hates flying in the air while sitting down
I was there today
Great video Shawn, you must have a cast iron stomach,I would be ill,🤢,👍👌😀
It’s not actually very intense this one!
It looks great however even on video, you can tell that it’s not particularly intense
It’s not very intense but the hangtime is great!
It's not intense but it's fun asf
I went on this ride with my friends and It was so funny because one of my friends refused to go on it
# fishy is back
Jameson Lights
I have a really bad fear of rides but i feel like im missing out i dont know what to do
It’s best to just relax and go for it!

I love you Shawn x
Is that at Weston super mare???
Adventure Island, southend
This is in Southend
This ride looks good but. Air Max 360 at fantasy island is much better
But did you go thanks n rage
We did indeed
I went on it and flipped everyone off instead of holding on to the safety thingy
live laugh love axis
These things could do with more force and would work well at a place like Pleasure wood Hills in place of their one.
Definitely
Awsome POV!
Thanks!
@Theme Park Worldwide, your welcome!!
Hwo ever filmed this NICE SHOES
It’s better at night
Where to next???
After a busy summer we’re taking things little slower now as we decide on our plans for the coming months!
hey
i'm suprised how the camera man didnt shout
😊😊😊😊
I don’t know if I wanna go on it
Scariest ride I’ve ever been on tbh
It’s quite tall and you do get some good hangtime!
1:16 Roblox walking sound?
👍👍👍👍👏👏👏👏
I went on this 11 times it is so fun
First
"Wayyyy hangtime!"
Love that hangtime!

Why aren't u talking xx
These are on ride POV’s. The talking comes in our vlogs and various other videos!
Lol

Nope
Nope.
Flat rides are not for everyone!
@@ThemeParkWorldwide Really don't like flat rides mate. Gave me anxiety just watching that. Give me a coaster any day of the week.
