Great helpful video that homeowners can use to deal with slopes.
Just did this yesterday with my wife. You guys showed me the correct way to do it. I dug the trench, unrolled it as you suggested vertically and everything went great. I plan to top seed it with natural grasses and local flowers from the feed and grain store. Thanks again for you informative instructional video.
Thanks Loo Loo. Glad you found the video informative.

We’re working on both geotextile and soil nailing content.

Does this work for slopes with SAND type of soils ?
En Maguire ando hester. Lo hacen más a lo tonto. Buen video . Me gusto
Does this help hold moisture in too like mulch? And also how long does it take for the straw to naturally go down into the earth and soil to where you can't see it anymore?
Yes, it will help hold some moisture. Straw doesn’t breakdown very quickly, so it will take several years.
Where can I buy seeds that will be good for erosion control under the straw matt? Should I use kentucky blue grass seed?
We would recommend using a seed that is local to your area. Typically a nursery or a farming supply store should be able to help you with the right selection
Could you let me know where to buy those erosion control blanket, Please?
