If I enroll in a Day 1 CPT program and secure a permanent job, how does that work? If I work full-time for 12 months under CPT, will I still be eligible for OPT?
Also, how long does it take to change my visa status from H4 to F1 within the country?

Hi Omkar ,I have a doubt ,like i didn't have much time to do research while transferring university,somehow i transfered to some day 1 cpt university in kentucky , doing my masters and now i am in my final semester .Now i wanted to know ,what are the further steps to walkin and decisions to take to manage my visa status genuinely and stay away from USCIS ? If visa is valid he’s, if visa is expired don’t travel to renew. It usually will be denied

Yes you can, but getting visa is hard only a couple of Day 1 colleges you can get US F1 visa…you can email me at [e-mail] if you need more help

Hi Omkar,
I am currently on my OPT but my employer is not willing to do my STEM Extension OPT. I am looking into day 1 CPT options. My question is if do 1 year of day 1 CPT, will I have 1 year + 2 years STEM Extension? What happens if I do 2 years of CPT?
FYI - During my first masters I did 8 months of full time CPT( in summer and spring combined)

Hi kindly email me, so yes you can do a 1 years masters and might be able to take stem opt. But don’t complete entire OPT right now. Keep at least 30 days unused …[e-mail]

Do we get 60 days grace period after Stem opt expires? My CPT start date and last day of OPT having 15 days difference.

Yes you do, make sure you don’t work during that time..
