As a 9th grader that doesn't have enough time to practice, and I finally have time now , I been playing for years and I remember this channel, thank you coach for letting me know more moves.
Coach thank you and congrats on 100k. You and a couple other online trainers have helped get where I am, went from not playing in high school to competing and playing against eybl, d3, d2, and d1 players. I train with them as well and I’m looking to walk on at a college soon since I graduated last year, hoping to play Juco then move up. Thank you coach wish me luck
I remember subscribing to your channel long long ago when it had just 5k subscribers. Congratulations on reaching 100k subscribers. Great content as always.. Love from Nepal.
Going to take me a while to get used to the new music 😂 Great breakdown videos, your triple threat video came up via algorithm and it got me into playing. Appreciate the work you do.
Damn i remember back in the days u had 4 k subs. I discovered your channel with the rocker step tutorial. It was really helpful. I subscribed immediately. Hope your channel keeps growing. I was here before 1 million 🙌🏻
amazing video coach, each players had their own go-to moves. my friend use a crossover and off-foot layup as his go-to move, my brother had drive hard, stop, bodybump layup as his own, my go-to move is isolation score/unassisted.
go to moves for me to remember: Half spin (use when lane is open) No look in & out Retreat Dribble (When getting pressed & when nothing is working) Combo Moves: Double Cross Counters: Behind the Back Spin Finishing: Reverse Lay Up & Under Floater (I will update once I master these)
One of my favorites is the Mahmoud (Chris Jackson) between the legs cross over 3 ball. My personal move is the same as John Wall except I actually dribble.
Been watching u since 30k and as I saw your channel grow I grew as a basketball player so thank you for helping me be better at a sport I really love ❤️.
Some Players has the skills and training hard everyday, But they can't perform well in the actual game. Lack of confidence and composure in the game. They don't know how to Relax. Coach, I suggest you do a content of "The Mental Game Of Basketball"
Hello Coach Frikki! I am one of your biggest supporter and i would like to have a request. Can you make a video about "Pull Up Jumper" like Kevin Durant, etc... Im hoping that you will see this and make a video about it. Thank you!
How to think about go to move? look to set it up every single time or when having oportunity? And what about other moves learn as much possible or learn few and stick to them?
I just figured a sidestep/stepback goes perfectly with rocker step. I am wondering though for example you notice sometimes before Harden stepback and he is doing between the legs he steps again and powers off? Does that hesitate defenders?
I think I know what youre talking about and its to sell the drive and yes make the defender hesitate or slide to defend the drive before he steps back. This ideally freezes the defender for a second giving him a greater advantage
@@jojoprocess2820 Basketball is an art form! Learnt so much from watching. Matter of fact I learned all the fundamental hesi moves, fades and spin moves from McGrady. You got to check him out
Can you do a video on how to play better in game because in practice by myself I'm insane I hit every three and have perfect footwork but in games I do horribly I have never scored I shoot shots that go over the backboard I miss every pass.
Hey coach! Thx Always for the vids. I got a question : isnt the rocker step Always a Travel ? Because they move the pivot foot before releasing the dribble... I'll appreciate any kind of advice to do this move without traveling, thx and have a nice one
What is your go-to move?

Great moves to try add to the bag
I remember when I didn’t have old man legs my go to used to be the hop step and it always worked
Giannis’s go to move by far looks like the most fun

I never realized it but my go-to move is the delayed tween or a hesi pull-up.
One thing that was surprising to me was how simple most of these moves were. Super simple footwork or like maybe 1-2 dribbles.
