You should totally do a chalk wall in the playroom so Arrow can color on it and I’m pretty sure they have other colors than black. We are doing that for our girls playroom! Love your place you’re doing amazing! ❤❤❤

I've never lived in/rented a place that didn't provide the appliances. It's usually when you buy a home. That should hopefully have brought your rent down! Loving the place/layout!

I’d tell your landlord about the loose toilet. I just had a Home inspection and the inspector mentioned if the toilet wiggles at all, when you flush water can sneak out from where the toilet is sealed to the floor, which can cause water damage. Who knew

Deff agree with color for TV wall, I would for sure add a nice chair or 2, standing lamp, and a library type piece in living room wall!
Wallpaper and blue curtains in playroom yes!
In your bedroom I would add a make up desk on that wall (where the bed would have fit without the side tables)
Entry way I would add a standing mirror and for sure benches and hooks!
