@@HawkesGaming small update; tried the trade route; it's now basically impossible to do it can't offload anything with out waiting 5 years to unload a full C2. There have to be other similar trades just as lucrative? Everyone and their mother is now doing the flourine run

Heh if you want to make any kind of money trading before cargo refactor this is one of them! It can also be done in Crusader on Yela. The back and forth is 115 to Deakins. The weather is a bit nicer lol.
This is a very simple, good and relaxing route. The only problem is it's very repetitive, since you have to make at least half a dozen trips an hour if you want that 200k. So you are continously moving, which is good but can burn some people out.
Yeah, The repetitive nature kind of takes away from the whole space trucking feel. I've been trying to work on roots that are more circular so I don't fall asleep at the wheel.

I'm starting to loose faith in the game though - why should I trade at all when I can go bounty hunting without much risk? every time I hop into a cargo ship, I either loose connection (30k), loose all the cargo, get thrown out of the ship and float around it with no chance to re-enter, get thrown back to my medical station, etc. etc. None of this happens on bounty hunting, you can happiliy shoot for hours. easy money. I'd LOVE to trade, don't get me wrong, it just doesn't seem to work for me. experiencing 5 to 6 times a 30k while having around 200k cash isn't fun.

15 minutes is the minimum I do to : land, buy, Quantum, Land, sell, Quantum, Land for this advice and it's only 32k for 130k invest. (I have a Caterpillar)
I have an MSR and run freight with it. I usually pick up Agricium from Lyria and sell it in New Babbage for around 44k aUEC, then pick up more at Clio and sell it in Area 18 for around 54k aUEC. Only complaint I have is the restock at the outposts. Seems the most I can buy at one time is 5000 SCU, which can be a pain at times. The MSR holds 11400 SCU so I would have to wait for a few minutes for the station to restock. I could run distilled spirits as they are always stocked and I can get a full load at one time, but the money isn't there and there is often no place to load my ship after I unload and I don't like to deadhead around. Time is money, after all.
Gonna give this a shot with the Carrack, but I'm pretty sure it's cycle time will be slower, and of course it will have far less cargo space. Still, it's better than sitting around for 30min waiting for Laranite.
The cargo of his C2 is 672scu the cargo of a cutlass black is 46scu. He is making 44k per run.. you would make 1/14th that so.. about 3k per run. I'd say definitely not worth it. A Cutty black is a general ship.. if you want to make money bounty hunting would likely be more profitable or if you find a product that has a lot higher selling price. A lot of people will save up for a ROC (you could also rent it I believe) because it can fit in the back of the Cutty and then do surface mining with that until they can get a prospector. Cutty Black is good at a lot of things but not great at anything.

If you are very efficient with ERT bounties and VHRT beacons you can make anywhere from 350-700k an hour. If you have a retaliator and get good combat beacons

It can be done in the Crusader system as well on Yela. The refresh rate on Florine is exceptionally high trust me.

I find the HDMS Woodrow to port okie at with astatine makes more money. With the c2 I make about 130k per 15 minute run
when i go to sell it i can only sell like 15k worth and then the shop is full

YOu only have a beneffit of 3 UEC per unit of laranite, you have a beneffit of 2 of UEC per mediccal suplie and the second one is most common

It’s very odd that every single way to make money caps out at around 250k an hour. It doesn’t make any sense.
Ironically you can make more per hour cave mining / bed logging.
