the above chocolate ganache
300g whipping cream
30g sugar
For the crepe
3 eggs
60g sugar
100g cake flour
35g melted butter
340g milk
10g matcha powder
For the crunchy shell
120g white chocolate
3g matcha powder
40g coconut oil
40g nuts
