Your videos get better and better. I like the background music and the tight zoom in shots you did. Your camera woman is really really good and you do great editing. Keep it going.
Rainy night. Not enough cover to use the Blackstone. So, I'm sitting here finishing a bowl of raisin bran and find this. Sometimes life just isn't fair. Those look great.
Another great creation for breakfast Neal! Layers of flavor and finished off in those cast iron skillets. You’re approaching that 25K subscribers…..awesome! Cheers brother!
Brother that’s one of the most delicious looking brekky dishes I’ve ever seen, I’m always looking for new ideas and I just found one thank you all the way from Australia
Awesome job as usual Neil! I totally agree with you on the hashbrowns. I’ve made both before and the ones that you use is what I use now. Even from time to time I just use the Walmart brand frozen hashbrowns and they turn out just fine. There’s just not that much of a taste difference to warrant the time spent shredding your own potatoes! Absolutely love everything about this cook and you guys are absolutely fabulous! Great job can’t wait till the next video! 😋👍🏼🔥👊🏻🍻
Your TTHE BEST!! I am getting ready to get a flat top griddle Your videos have taught me what I want for my first flat top! Thank you. Now a request. Could you do a crab cake cook? Thank you again for all your help! Oh and GO NAVY!!!
Another great vid. Just watched the one where you ground your own meat for the burgers. You were asking about burgers we would like you to do. Try this one. Get you a 2lb chuck and fount it up and grind it with 1lb of bacon. Mix it all together and then make your burgers. If you have a small country grocer in the area that cuts their own meat you can ask them to do the grinding for you. I had mine do it a couple of times and then the butcher tried it himself. The next week I walked through the meat counter and he was doing it and packaging it in the cooler.
Hey thats awesome... and a great idea...thanks I like it. In Iowa somewhere they have a burger called a 50/50 burger and its similar. I have had my eye on something like that
We are going to use two 6 inch cast iron skillets to make this and will leave it on the griddle on a warming rack and cover them with a dome to finish the cook. The skillets will hold the heat for cooking and the rack, as you suggested will keep the bottom from burning. Will keep you posted.
Perfect....We call those dessert cast iron dishes...ahahahha well my wife does because when we bring em out we always do desserts with them... let me know how it goes..
Awesome cook Brotha!! Both casseroles look 🔥🔥🔥, but sign me up for the Gravy my guy ✊🏼🧐😋🤌🏻! 💜 the choice of Cholula, thats my go-2. Maybe Tabasco for a flavor twist on occasion. Cheers Y’all 👊🏼😎🤙🏼
Wonderful! Could you dome it or would the eggs not get done enough? I think you might need to go to the low temp? Thanks bunches! What I have learned so far is you really need to have items portioned and ready to go.
Well its important to us Because we film...but normally you will find a groove on how much to prepare ahead and what you like doing out side... I am sure some how it can be done. The dome will help but I would be worried that the bottom will get too hot. Maybe a cooling rack underneath..then the dome.
Wow, I got to pick up a few of those little cast iron dishes, ( I need to watch the whole video from now on before I comment, what you gonna do I'm to impatient thank you again ) Frank.....
they dont.... sometimes the thinner ones are better because the heat needs to penetrate...but the thicker ones will stay hot for longer...I have a ton of videos that uses pots and pans on there...
Lol, so i started watching you and a few other Blackstone chiefs and coping the recipes. So saw my doctor Friday and my A1C went up 10 points and gained 16 pounds. So sorry to say Neil I’m on the fat boy program and no more eating all the good food. Well keep up the good grilling so everyone can enjoy it but me lol
It was great to see something other than frozen fries thrown in the air fryer. It seems like a lot of people who purchase the air fryer models don't end up using it, and I'm curious to see what future trends will be.
Ran out of Valentina's? Blasphemy! I really dig those Lodge casseroles, after we moved I reseasoned my 12", gotta be 3 decades old now. These look absolutely awesome, sir! And... Tell Amy to stop dropping bacon!
Man.... You nailed it again ! I need to make this ASAP , My problem is I've searched Amazon and can't find those cast iron plates you use , can you point me in the right direction or give me the dimensions . They look like the perfect size to me ! Tell Amy let's start a campaign to outlaw bacon dust !
Nothing says Navy cook like bacon powder and hot sauce! Couldn't and still can't do crispy and dry bacon. My pit boss griddle just came in today. Can't wait to get the first cook on it this weekend.
I AM an idiot and would have dove in within a minute. On both. Great call, cheap bacon + great sausage and all the rest... Sadly, I'm doing low carb for a couple weeks (no taters & gravy dambit). At least I can scramble some eggs with a bit of cheese and some peppers...
@@TheFlatTopKing if it's the taste that is the reason you buy the processed hash browns, MSG is the solution. If it's the work involved in preparation, processed is the solution. And yes, I do have MSG in the cabinet. Right next to the pepper grinder because it makes everything more delicious.
One Sailor to another. I love your Channel. Just bought a Blackstone and learning so much from you.
HOORAY……

Glad you like them! Yeah she is a beast... but it Ty
Thanks for your service. Brothers in arms. And thanks for your videos, this one is the reason I ordered 2 of the Lodge mini oval skillets.
Good choice! Thanks for your service as well. I appreciated that
That gravy was awesome idea even made the presentation look even better.
I think so too!
I’ve got to learn to watch your videos any other time than bedtime. It looks so good I’m hungry again.

Thank goodness some one does...I was beginning to think I was the only one
Thanks for your service!!! Awesome recipe!

Nice sharing of your recipe my friend.
Thank you
A meal that's fit for a 👑. Terrific recipe. 🥘
Ty Robert
This looks great. What about keeping it on the griddle with a dome.
I Think it could work...You may use a cooling rack to to prevent over heating on bottom..NO clue but in theory yeah it should work
