This is gorgeous! MCM is a fave of mine. Loved the blue loo and sink! I hope they are carefully removed, because someone will want them. Thanks, Noah. This was great, as usual.
This is an amazing vintage home. The design is fabulous and everything about it is so unique. It's a big shame about the basement flooding, other than that this home is just so elegant and with all the wood it is warm and inviting. It's sad this work of art will be torn down, so many older homes are being taken down to make room for modern developments, soon it will be a rarity to find a home like this one with all the style features and charm from the 60s. Thanks for the tour Noah!
2:04 the blue pool cover looks like a solar cover you can put on in early spring or summer to help the water heat up faster. They can also prevent too much evaporation in extreme heat. Helps extend the swimming season. 5:00 that type of glass was popular in the early 70’s 4:41 I bet the neighbors don’t appreciate having an abandoned house next to them. 19:25 love the old sofa 22:37 nice sunroom with a wood burner. ❤
What a unique house. That sunroom is so gorgeous. I’d be out there with my book curled up in an oversized chair reading. They just don’t build them like this anymore. And that dining room light! What a cool fixture. That needs to be saved.
I am not sure if you found owner information yet on the homes you explore. I work in real estate lending in Florida. We here in the United States real estate is public record so you can search under the Tax Collector. US it is listed under the county which the property is in. You can pull the tax information by property address then you have the owners name. You may know this I am currently watching your old videos so interesting thanks for your channel.
Please remove all wood, all porcelain, all brass and all smoked mirrors and all doors and deliver them to my house asap. Thanks. 🙏🏼 🎉❤. Eta: please bring the sunroom as well. 👍🏼
Maybe the kids of the original owners rented it out. The taxes and the upkeep on this older home had to be a lot. Probably got a good offer to take it off their hands. Still, it was an amazing home. Thank you.
The reason they "don't do this" in houses anymore is because we live in a post-deconstructionist, soul-crushing era of dehumanization and artificial scarcity. Grand and elegant architecture is meant to inspire and uplift the spirit, so naturally, the opposite is done nowadays. Modern architecture is archonic, minimalist, cheap, small, tightly packed and "efficient" for the purpose of detaching us from any semblance of natural human existence. It completely excludes the harmony and balance with nature that people crave. Now, you get to rent a soulless, sterile, white, gypsum cube.
Lamp looks like it from band ' Devo' from the 80's. The climate control Guage looked cool. Very much like this home. Such a shame any well built home goes abandoned and neglected. The western world is sick and demented for this. Agree a total waste to tear down and pop up Mcmansion.
The houses they make today will never be like the older ones. Today's houses are nothing but computerized trash.
Love all the wood in the home, really nice little house. Thanks for sharing!
Love MCM homes. There is almost always Christmas stuff. That old thermostat control looks like a mic. Keep Orange Crushing It, Noah.
The pool covers brought back childhood memories for me, unheated outdoor pool with midcentury or whenever house in the northern climate
Hello Noah . So sad that it got flooded it is such a beautiful house. Love the sun room.
Very AWESOME house & tour you gave.loved the look on your face at the end as the smoke alarm beeped LOL made me giggle. Thank you 👏😁♥️
That sun room may take permanent 1st place for best sun room I've ever seen not over or under done who ever made it should be proud.
I love that yellow glass, which reminds me of the 70s when I was a kid.
I'm obsessed with yellow glass. The green glass is good too but my favorite is the yellow
Love your channel thanks for the video stay safe God bless from Denver co❤
I LOVE ❤️ 😍 that huge fireplace! That's where I would spend all my time, even sleep there. ❤
This is gorgeous! MCM is a fave of mine. Loved the blue loo and sink! I hope they are carefully removed, because someone will want them. Thanks, Noah. This was great, as usual.
It’s very beautiful! Too bad basement is flooded! Cool video bro! ❤️🤘👍

I really enjoyed your comment about the pool. It’s nice to hear your memories.❤
I LOVE this house….. mcm is my fav. Love all the light etc. My plants would thrive. Thank you! Also the surprise at the ending chirp was funny. 😮
Great house tonight Noah. Loved this one.☺️🥰
Hey Noah! How’s it going? Thanks for sharing😊
I love this house! And that backyard. I wouldn't even update this - just the carpet. If only it hadn't flooded :(
Nice house all cozy and nestled in the woods. Too bad it’s going to be torn down. Nice find. Thanks for sharing.
Nice one here Noah. I'm wondering if the pool could be leaking and flooding the basement. It's probably the pump. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Nice back yard

Great video! That dining room light was awesome! I always hope that all the unique features are saved before it's ripped down.
I like the video u do.! I was about to sleep when I see this. 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
Cool home Noah!
That was a beautiful house. I too love the layout and materials used in this house Noah👍👍😎😎🍮🍮❤️
The kitchen and the full bath were redone in the 80s.
I agree.
Very cool house. I’m with everyone saying that sun room is awesome! Thanks Noah 👍
The beautiful sunroom looks like an add on.
Good Job Noah, thanks for sharing
Thanks that was awesome house I enjoyed watching
Wow! Nice and simple
Yes love that place whoever built it did a really good job 👍
Cool house, thanks for showing us
This is awsome house, sad basement flooded
This is a beautiful house. It's so sad that it flooded.
Looks like many of the cabins built in B.C. during the late 60s early 70s.
Kitchen is beautiful
I have always wondered if the older gentleman who passed in the house had complications relative to the unbelievable mold.
Nice house
Love this style of house!
That house has a smoke alarm that needs a new battery, I hear it in the video and I'm like omg again now I have to figure out which smoke alarm
What a cool house!
It’s clean too
I love the mid century ones

Hi Noah from West Virginia USA 🇺🇲👋 I like watching your videos 👍😎
It does look off not being centered
Please remove all wood, all porcelain, all brass and all smoked mirrors and all doors and deliver them to my house asap. Thanks. 🙏🏼 🎉❤. Eta: please bring the sunroom as well. 👍🏼
I love it , thx

Noah Strong💪💪💪💪✨✨✨✨🥇🏆
So sad people can’t come in and buy or salvage anything before demolishing it.
Ok, jokes aside: it actually hurts to see that house in that state. 😞😩

That’s “SO COOL” LOLOL
That’s sad they could fix it turn it into housing for homeless people and families who end up in a disaster situation
This is 1970's, not 1060's MCM. I'm old enough to know.
You're wrong but believe what you want 🤷🏻♂️ I don't care haha
Probably. A bed and breakfast
❤❤❤❤❤❤

No doubt some Boomers grew up in this place. Lucky, them. Great video. Thanks.
