This was my grandfathers house ! So many great memories here. It saddens our whole family to see it run down and soon to be demolished into a subdivision. My grandfather took really good care of this home until he was no longer able to/had to focus on taking care of my grandma. Things like the pool became neglected because there was no point repairing/investing into it when it would be demolished in the near future. All the grandchildren learned to swim there, played for countless hours, celebrated thanksgiving and Christmas with a house full of family. Every detail highlighted here is ingrained in my memory. So much life has happened here. It was truly a home in its glory days. As for the leftover furniture, it took ALOT to empty this house and those pieces were just too heavy/burdensome to remove.
How long ago did your grandparents leave the home? I can imagine you do have many memories there. It’s sad that it will be torn down to build cookie cutter townhomes.
I'm so sorry for the family....I know the feeling as I've seen pics of my grandparents farm...as well as my parents home...😢 It really broke my heart to see them so run down...
This was my grandpa and grandmas house. I’m glad to see you appreciate the details in it, and were very respectful going through it. Miss the house and miss them. Enjoyed the video
It saddens me that your grandparents' house is about to be reduced to ruble 🥺. So many people would have loved to live in this house. My mother was born in Mexico and I will always remember something she said to me while I was growing up. She told me she had never witnessed such wasteful people until she came to the USA. Use your grandparents house for example. Instead of letting a hard working deserving family own this they rather tear it down. 😔
Beautiful fireplace. Very unique staircase, reminds me of a castle. What a great house. Love the wallpaper and the master bathroom, that was cool. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Definitely a 70's house. I remember when all that wallpaper and carpet was so cool. They definitely had money. The bench and the master bathroom was a sun tanning bench. That's why all the lights were across the top.
I just love this era of homes! There was so much real wood and design and colors. What an inviting and comfortable home this was. I love the floral wallpapers and unique designs all over the home. Thank you for showing this beauty.
Nice to see an abandoned home that has not been destroyed by other people squatting there. Except for the basement area that was torn apart. This is a very interesting home. It's too bad it was not taken care of. It makes me a bit sad to see it knowing it will be torn down. 😔
stair wrapped around the center chimney was really cool. I also liked the basement and the special wall art that you found. I DO think that this house is a Tudor style house due to the architecture on the outside. By the way that little alcove near the fireplace was for storing wood logs to use in the fireplace🔥. Thanks for this tour and see you in your next video✌🏻.
I really enjoyed this, Noah. Thank you for your calm demeanor and gently showing us around. It really means a lot. I needed your calm spirit today. Plus… thank you for never cursing. The house is so intriguing. Love the phone built in. You’re doing great!
I love this house and everything about it. Especially the spiral staircase it's so unique. What a shame that they are going to demolish this house 🏠 😕.
That is a "Rockston Maple" Buffet and Hutch sitting in the Dining room!!! I cannot believe that the owners did not take it as the company closed a good few years ago!! The owner probably didn't care about anything anymore as they got paid handsomely for that property from the new developers!!! This is definitely a collector's item!!! Wow...how sad is that!!! What a beautiful home....definitely sad that it's coming down!!! The out side was just breath-taking with the Windmill sitting sadly in that once beautiful rock garden!!! I am heartbroken that those lovely birch trees are going to be destroyed as well!!! What a sad thing and it's going to continue that we loose all these gorgeous retro homes to cookie-cutter Smurf villages etc.!!! Anyhow, I've said my piece!!! Have a great Thanksgiving week-end everyone...it's just around the corner!!!
I love how you open doors, drawers, closets. I personally love to push buttons so I just wanted to see you open the windows! lol those cranks were super intriguing to me. Thanks for the walk through!
I love this house. That fireplace/spiral stairs are wonderful, it almost looks medieval. However, those bricks are beautiful but they're huge dust collectors, you'd have to use a vacuum to get it clean. The master bath is definitely unique. It's unbelievable how much the carpets have bleached. Nice Hi-Fi Stereo. Sometimes I wonder why developers don't leave existing houses and build their new houses on the vacant land. It's sad.
It's a shame that they tear down these really really nice houses that were built properly to put junk up. That's what they did when I lived in Glassboro New Jersey, they tore down really nice houses to put townhouses. 3:27 my old apartment had exposed brick like that.
Hey Noah👋🏻, I really loved this late 80's early 90's "flower house" that you found👍🏻. Like you I DO THINK that it is a shame that it's going to be torn down in order to make room for townhouses😢. Booooo☹️👎🏻. Some of my favorite parts of this house was the fireplace in the middle of the house and that fact that the center
Whoa the Master BR is Huge, tacky 80s Floral wall coverings but still Very Cool 😊. Side Note: Women's dress wear was All Tacky Floral just like that! I think I had a dress that Matched that Wallpaper🤔 😅
It’s great to see you back Noah, I always enjoy your channel, and all the Beautiful houses you showed. But at the same time , sad knowing they will be torn down, keep the video’s coming Noah ❤
Kinda weird to see my friends old house in East Gwillinbury being toured. The house hasn't been empty that long really but has been in decline since the elderly parents sold it to a developer but were allowed to stay there until they passed on. The house was originally design by the previous owners who were friends of the family. John Candy use to live just around the corner from there for a period of time
How sad. Our world and our life has turned into a generic existence . We live a generic life, eat generic fast food, drive a generic car ,have a generic job and live in a plain generic house. How sad. Will we really end up like we see in some sci-fi movie of the future living in a white cubicle and eating replicated food
Love that place very cool 😎👍 I liked everything about that place except the wallpaper in the master bedroom someone else covered that recently but it was well worth seeing again
What a cool house. So sad it's being demolished. I always wish we could see what many of these homes looked like when the owners lived there I.e. the furnishings and imagine the pool parties. I bet the owners, if still alive, would be great to find and interview. You and the other explorers are very respectful of the homes and owners in your filming. You're all very impressive descent fellows!
What a beautiful house from the outside, until you walked in very strange lay out. Just love the fireplace and the staircase. I don’t like the bathroom coming off the living room. Master bedroom is a amazing and the bathroom is horrible. I really don’t think you sit above the bath. And that wallpaper through out the house omg it was hurting my eyes 😂😂. Great fined thanks for sharing xx🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧
Beautiful Hutch left behind, why would ppl leaves those behind, they’re vintage. That house must of been beautiful when ppl lived in it. Oh my my I remember when my Mom had a record player like that one you found, on one side it would open as a storage for your vinyls and on the other side it had storage for Wine Glasses and bottles.
Seems these developers don't care about these beautiful homes. They rather spend millions to build cheap style apartments with high rental rates. I hope they loose money on this.
This Was An Awesome Place, Very Little Damage, Pitty It Can't Be Kept And Fixed Up, But With 26 Acres, It's A Develipers Bargin With The Potential To Build It Out With Town Houeses.
Growing up in the 70's we were (my parents) well off. But that interior is not just busy, it's nauseating. Can you vision a husband and wife actually picking those tiles for the bathtub. And the wallpaper. I swear our generation had to endure some weird styles but this one is out there even to me. Damn!!!
They don't make them like they used to! I really wish there was more regulation that would force developers to reuse or repurpose homes like this. Especially this era of home that kinda gets a bad rap for its styling and design. Buildings like this only exist once and they're only original once. Developers are guided by the easiest and quickest way to make as much money as possible. Erasing history one brick at a time. Bloody annoying.
That is disgusting! We should not be tearing down trees and unique houses to make cheaply built townhomes and apartments made entirely of wood I bet that house would withstand a hurricane

How long ago did your grandparents leave the home? I can imagine you do have many memories there. It’s sad that it will be torn down to build cookie cutter townhomes.
Great memories, for you. Pray your Grandparent's, are well❤
Nice extra touch.
I'm so sorry for the family....I know the feeling as I've seen pics of my grandparents farm...as well as my parents home...😢 It really broke my heart to see them so run down...
The master bathroom could also be a sauna because of the bench in the bathtub area and the switch thing
Wow that record player was really vintage looking!
Habitat Restore would definitely be able to sell all that cabinet and fixtures
This was my grandpa and grandmas house. I’m glad to see you appreciate the details in it, and were very respectful going through it. Miss the house and miss them. Enjoyed the video
I'm glad you enjoyed the video! Your grandparents had a lovely home that's for sure!

That is a stunning fireplace/staircase feature. Love it! Awesome find Noah!
This one is one of my favorite, as a 54 yr old, reminds me of my childhood ❤️
Love this one. I would so love there. Such a shame some people don’t appreciate these homes.
Beautiful fireplace. Very unique staircase, reminds me of a castle. What a great house. Love the wallpaper and the master bathroom, that was cool. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

I agree. I would love to own this home.. 🥺 Especially knowing it wii be reduced to ruble and gone to waste.

That record player cabinet is worth MONEY! I hope someone rescues it before the house is demolished.
I really enjoyed this, Noah. Thank you for your calm demeanor and gently showing us around. It really means a lot. I needed your calm spirit today. Plus… thank you for never cursing. The house is so intriguing. Love the phone built in. You’re doing great!
Someone put a lot of thought into designing this unique house! What a shame these gems are being torn down for supposed modernization🙄
Love that house, was a beauty in its prime.
I love this house and everything about it. Especially the spiral staircase it's so unique. What a shame that they are going to demolish this house 🏠 😕.
That’s a beautiful old house! That master bathroom was amazing!
Right?!

The staircase being incorporated into the brick wall is seriously the coolest thing! I even love the thick green carpetting.
The glass soup pot and lid was from the Pyrex Corningware “Visions” collection of cookware. Loving this house!
I love how you open doors, drawers, closets. I personally love to push buttons so I just wanted to see you open the windows! lol those cranks were super intriguing to me. Thanks for the walk through!
When you stood across from the fireplace, it gave me castle vibes.
Yes Noah i love the inside sad to see it being gone soon. i love this explore thanks friend. take care be safe. Barbara NWFL.

Very nice explore!!😊 Thank you, Noah for sharing!!😊😊
Awesome! Thanks so much for showing!
So sad to see this abandoned. The hutch in the dining room is gorgeous! Can't believe it was left behind

That stair case and fireplace 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍 SO sad it's being torn down. It's so amazing
Love Noah’s explores!!! Explaining every detail! ❤❤❤😊😊😊
It’s great to see you back Noah, I always enjoy your channel, and all the Beautiful houses you showed. But at the same time , sad knowing they will be torn down, keep the video’s coming Noah ❤
Great video of a beautiful home
Hate it will be demolished
See you in next video
❤❤❤❤❤
This would be an awesome to completely update, with keeping most of the original features.

I hope they take all the stuff to good will!! I think it's sucks it will be taken down! 😢
The knob in the bathroom is for a sauna, not the tub jets! Very cool!!
7:31, my parents had cabinet pulls like that and used them as bottle openers

Fun fact, the Jon Benet Ramsey house is also a Tudor house. Also very grand, with bold wallpaper, spiral staircase and maze like.
I love this house especially the spiral staircase and fire place. It is sad it is being torn down for a down grade sub division.
The master bedroom is very "busy", but still beautiful. I agree that this home is worth saving but is sadly to be destroyed. 😢
Such a beautiful place. Shame that no one bought/maintained it. Bet it would be worth a lot if it was kept up! So sad.
Really cool house shame its going to be knocked down.
Great video.
Hi Noah from West Virginia USA 🇺🇲👋 I like watching your videos 👍😎 I like this 80's style house.
Very cool house, love the fireplace. 80's wallpaper for sure!
Thanks for awesome video I enjoyed watching
Love that place very cool 😎👍 I liked everything about that place except the wallpaper in the master bedroom someone else covered that recently but it was well worth seeing again

Meu Deus que casa mais linda. Com certeza eu Morraria aí ainda 😊😊😊😊. Parabéns pelo vídeo amei❤❤❤
My maternal grandparents lived in a raised ranch house, a tv with a stereo and radio under the cover. Cool!
Stunning I love the cabinet and the staircase
I just wanted to say the spiral stair case is awesome 👌
The fact you find so many of these in Canada is such a shame.
I love the fireplace and the Master bedroom 😍.
Awesome house thanks I enjoyed watching
Glad you enjoyed!

Very beautiful house Early to mid 70's i love it --- Debbie

@12:30 that structural beam in the garage is actually a foundation jack supporting the structure above
That Fireplace Area is a visual work of Art🎨😮 except for carpet on the stairs... never been a fan of carpet even when it was "cool",😁
The hooks also could've been for a hanging lamp, extremely popular in the 70s....I just think hanging lights are gorgeous
This home is so me!!! Love it💖
Wow beautiful house 🏡 nice
I guarantee you whatever they put up after they tear that house down won't be close to being as high-quality is that house was.
What a beautiful house, that opening may have been a built in oven. I have seen even new houses with built in ovens.
That’s a 1 of a kind house..
Very cool house.
Seems these developers don't care about these beautiful homes. They rather spend millions to build cheap style apartments with high rental rates. I hope they loose money on this.
Great exploration
It is a shame that they are going todistroy this beautiful house.
wish someone would save that beautiful beautiful house would definitely be way more fair than being demolished, its still in great shape😮😢
Beautiful I bet they had great times in that House 🌹❤️
What a shame!! 😥 they just don’t make them like they used to… this home has so much character!
My grandmother had the floral wallpaper in the 1980s(1983 built).
This Was An Awesome Place, Very Little Damage, Pitty It Can't Be Kept And Fixed Up, But With 26 Acres, It's A Develipers Bargin With The Potential To Build It Out With Town Houeses.
I hope someone is able to re purpose some of the stuff left behind, it's very good quality.
That big open hole in the kitchen cabinets was probably a wall oven.
This house has some really cool features.
That what you thought was a clothesline I believe that was a zip line from the second floor
I wish I could have that house just to keep it from being demolished
Growing up in the 70's we were (my parents) well off. But that interior is not just busy, it's nauseating. Can you vision a husband and wife actually picking those tiles for the bathtub. Good video u r detailed heater in bath help dry thank u

I love the wall papers
I love that wallpaper ❤
That wallpaper was all the vogue in the 80's really over powering to see it now.
I love this house!
1970s and 1980s: They're ready to open a speakeasy in the basement at a moment's notice. I figure they took the bar out.
That is disgusting! We should not be tearing down trees and unique houses to make cheaply built townhomes and apartments made entirely of wood I bet that house would withstand a hurricane
Shame such an amazing vintage property is slated for destruction
I love wood paneling
To destroy this house is nothing more than "criminal"!!! It should be "lived in". I would be very proud to call a house that nice, "My House "!
Amazing ❤🇬🇧
Definitely a great home, sad that it too will be destroyed.
I love that master bedroom ❤
Very, very nice place!
