    Hey Ali! I'm a big fan.
    But i do disagree on the time blocks. Sure, blocks help to get organized. But you need to allocate time for delays, unforeseen events, etc which means you have to be flexible and smart with your time given your priorities.
    Hope this makes sense!! 😅

    • @howtoadultschool
      @howtoadultschool 3 роки тому +2

      I block out time, but I leave an extra 60-90 minutes blocked into the end of each day for working on things that got delayed, took longer than expected, or anything else I needed flexibility for really. I used to be super strict with blocks and I agree, the it let me be too inflexible sometimes with myself and my deadlines.

      I'm with you. Learned really quickly NOT to book back-to-back meetings EVER. I'll usually leave a 20-30 minute buffer ALWAYS... It helps, wrap up, analyze and write down actions steps from meeting 1. I also like to have 5 minutes to relax and get ready for the next meeting.

    • @howtoadultschool
      @howtoadultschool 3 роки тому +2
