Having listened to part one and two of this podcast I'm of the opinion that stalking is a form of bullying. I developed a deep fear of one particular co-worker who constantly, for years, covertly (and overtly when it was safe for him to do so) bullied me and threatened my job security, safety in my family home, the lives of my pets. I kept a diary of everything he said and did to me and gave him a copy of each entry. Management was so threatened by this man that they did nothing. I began to develop panic attacks so sought professional help with a psychologist who suggested I contact police. Regretfully I didn't follow his advice. Eleven years after leaving my job and moving out of Australia I have not forgotten the impact of this intimidation. I hope I never see this man again.

I find this interview left out one major factor .. where was Nicole's new partner and what measures did he take to help her understand or resolve his ex partners obsession ? The fact that Nicole's a journalist who are renowned for their ''Stalking methods" to gain information also seems somewhat unusual while promoting her book.

I have been stalked on and off for decads starting when I was 10, my coping mechanism was disassociation, and suppress him and his associates .
